14-15 was the implosion after making some really smart signings but ego's blowing it up
15-16 is the "we're still competing" but egos blew it all up again after a failed run at LMA.

And it's actually coming from Sarver. Almost entirely. You look at the young guys coming out and playing really well, Hornacek is doing what he can. But the demands of making the playoffs every year is stupid.
If you fire Hornacek you have to get someone better. i think they don't re-sign him. But i'm not sure there's anyone better floating around.

Hornacek lets them do whatever they want at times, he would do great with a winning team full of talented vets, but the vets we have are hotheads.
