By PSYCH! Go To PostWell they already have tracking for every type of shit possible or do you mean a single stat for scoring variety?
Not so much where the points come from, but the moves.
By The Frankman Go To PostIt's what he's done since the beginning of the season doe.you haven't told me why that isn't dumb as fuck tho lol
I'm amazed the storyline isn't how they all help each other as a team. Here comes the "Porzingis is the only player balling on the Knicks" talk.
especially considering all those scoring droughts from everyone not melo - maybe not having lopez clogging the lane pretending to run offense would help shit
I always miss when kp goes off. I'll probably get home just in time to watch the Knicks get blown out.
And Dy you mad late, Lopez has that Mikan post game now.

Oh I missed that edit. Well, just pointing out a fact, when you wrote that, Porzingis was on pace for more than 45 and 12.
By 3SidedPolygons Go To PostOh I know. But is a guy with 11 rings who just got passed up in wins by a guy with none and is also notorious for being conceited on the down low NOT willing to throw a little shade Karl's way?The top 6 coaches in wins only 3 have rings only 2 have multiple rings...
"Knows how to get teams to win" smacks a little bit of not when it counts though
Phil wouldn't have to mince words if he wanted to throw shade..
By DY_nasty Go To PostRubio is should've BEEN traded from this Minnesota team alreadyNegative. He's still their best and most important player.
Plus, who are they playing at that spot without Ricky? Zach? Murder me.
Diaw just working Williams in the post and Carmelo gets the no-call on the 2nd effort. Fantastic, please get Williams out of the game.
I missed that bit of info last summer: apparently, Phil Jackson was willing to offer 60M/4y to Carroll but didn't send the offer in time. That is bad on so many levels. Had Jackson gotten his way, we'd have had Okafor and Carroll, no Porzingis and even less cap space...
By rodeoclown Go To PostNegative. He's still their best and most important player.that spacing is trash and its obvious to anyone that he isn't gonna improve his shooting any time soon. he needs shooters to be a real impact on offense - as is, people are too happy to double off of him. trade him any middling pg that can shoot and a pick.

Knicks O very sloppy right now, bad passing and not a good reaction to the Spurs turning up the D. Calderon telegraphing passes and not really being aggressive doesn't help, Carmelo starting off slow doesn't either.

There's a lot of reasons the spacing isn't any good, chief among them the offense Mitchell runs and his steadfast belief in washed up Tayshaun Prince, who provides none of the offensive ability of a guy like Bazz.
If you're moving Rubio, you need to get a point guard that's at least as good as he is and frankly there's not a ton of them and those guys aren't available. So what's the point? Do not get rid of one of the few truly good players on the roster. Under any circumstances. It's a nonstarter. Rubio is basically the only reason this team functions at all on offense. Have you seen them when Zach or Tyus is out there running point? It's a horror show.

We're not talking a LaVine at the 1 situation here. I like to troll Ricky, but I do recognize that he's a good player, at the same time you gotta think about the possibility of having just a middling pg that the defense would respect in regards to the teams future. Obviously Smitch isn't helping but still.

You need a better fit. The Wolves are building around that frontcourt and Wiggins, and that means they're gonna need spacing. I've always felt that very, very few teams can survive a defense doubling off of a PG - the Wolves definitely can't. He's not the sole issue, but he's hardly a long term fixture as well. Sell high. Shit, I'd even entertain packaging him with a pick for a guy like Conley.

Rubio's defense is really... not as good as advertised either. He's well above average, sure, but he's far from some lockdown defender at the 1.
Kevin Lipe @FlyerGrizBlogLawd almighty...
Rebounding update: Nuggets 43, Grizzlies 23. Nuggets have 17 OREBs, Grizzlies have 18 DREBs
By Moris Go To PostPorzingis needs to not let this happenI recommend the Boris Diaw Diet
Doublefist for quicker results
Interesting comments for Jim Cleamons, sounds like coaches went in on the Knicks reminding them to move the ball and keep passing.
EDIT: yooooooo who opened up Afflalo? Green?
