Michael Kidd-Gilchrist Cleared For Full-Contact Practice
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist has been cleared for full-contact practice by team orthopedist Dr. Marcus Cook. The fourth-year player suffered a torn labrum in his right shoulder on Oct. 3, 2015, in a preseason game at Orlando and underwent successful surgery performed by Dr. Cook on Oct. 6. As part of his rehabilitation, Kidd-Gilchrist has participated in non-contact practice for the past two weeks.
There is no timetable for Kidd-Gilchrist’s return to the active roster.

The way me and my family handle gambling is only bringing to the table what we are willing to lose while leaving everything else behind. Since this is online, I would suggest Psy to set a monthly/weekly budget for gambling purposes and never, ever, ever go over that budget.
Maybe get a dedicated bank account or card or whatever (not sure how online gambling works) for this explicit purpose. Then you just put your monthly budget into that account, as well as your winnings. When you can't draw from it anymore, that's it! Until the next monthly deposit comes along, anyway.
e: Really, think of it as entertainment and treat it as such. You only have so much money to go towards entertainment every month.

Maruchan is basically all you can get here. I just ordered some Shin bowls this morning from Amazon this morning to try for the first time, coincidentally.
It's waaaaay too spicy man. I think there's a mild version in black packaging but Walmart didn't have any. Cracking an egg in it didn't add anything.

The Lakers look like Oldbe is increasing the age average. Nance, Randle, Russle and CLarkson get a lot of run and are basically 19-23. The oldest guy that gets any run and isn't Kobe is Bass at 30 years old.

They'll have to reload the supporting cast and losing guys like Duncan and Manu will hurt, but drafting Kawhi and getting LMA extended their contender status for another decade or so.

And even though the Warriors' stars are still younger on average than ours, KD and Russ are still only 27. Steph is actually older than both.
