Only been at this place for little over 2 months, got an anniversary bonus, Xmas bonus and I might be eligible for the end of year bonus, probably not tho.

Still ends up being about $500 without the year end bonus.

It's small. Like $250 a person company wife. The real bonuses are for the PM's. Us APM's are added out until we move up. This are based on jobs though

this doesn't exist. we do get a 13th salary but that comes at the end of the year and not really for christmas.

I got two "please don't quit" bonuses in summer and fall. We don't get xmas bonuses at my company - the bonuses come in Feb or March. i anticipate mine being quite large (by our standards anyways) for all the stupid bullshit I had to put up with this year.

Yeah. Not really for Christmas though. At french universities, we get a bonus for research in late december and one during the summer. That's around a third of my monthly salary each time. Our wages are too low to live a decent life around Paris though, so this is just more breathing room.
