FOTY 2015?
Yeah, it's Karl gone. Small chance it's Gay. (Secret Option: Vivek gets voted out of head of ownership group)
By PSYCH! Go To Postdon't like that callhe was OOC.
(also plays for the Sixers...Iverson used up all our ref money)
By pilonv1 Go To PostKings announcers lost their soulsI feel really bad for them. Kings are horribly frustrating to watch.
Michael Gallagher @MikeSGallagher
The 76ers are now 3-0 against the Pacific Division this season (Lakers, Suns and Kings) and are 0-31 against the other divisions.
Lakers/Sixers is this weekend too
Dario Saric learned how to shoot so he's a perfect PF next to Noel and Saric is coming over next year so it makes sense to trade Jah even without considering how bad of a fit Noel and Okafor have been.
Karl's going to talk about defense as though his switch-everything and gamble approach isn't at the heart of the issue. He'll call out some guys and some guys need it, but he isn't coaching to the talent. He's coaching his system and pretending the talent doesn't matter.
Rudy Gay's performance has dropped off dramatically. I don't know if you throw that on Karl or Rudy. He had his best two years of his career the past two seasons with Cousins, but he looks unfit for smallball. Rondo had his worst game, and he needs to change some things, but he's been one of the bright spots this year.
Vlade isn't the issue. His Philly trade looks better with how bad Stauskas has been, and his signings have been good in spite of Marco's struggles. WCS has looked like what you wanted out of him in limited minutes, but a bit raw like most young bigs.
You don't trade Demarcus. It's not like the rest of the team believes in Karl. It's pretty much the entire roster that doesn't agree with the philosophies. If you trade Rudy, you lose some of the locker room. The chemistry is better than the performance.
It's really not as much effort or energy as its playing dumb as hell.
edit: If Karl gets axed, Chad Iske his assistant goes, too. He's been doing half of the work and is going to run the same systems. Expect Nancy Lieberman to be the intern coach.

Karl talking about getting the team to run is a struggle.
Kings are #2 in pace. Says the team has too many offensive players. Not enough defensive players. Not enough guts. Team comes out as the quiet team, the soft team, or the cool team and not the man team. "We gotta eat some humble pie."

Boogie keeps Sac from being garbage, but he probably also keeps them from being contenders as well.
Don't call me on this cause this is an extremely hot take that I will not defend at all and I'm gonna to bed now.

By DY_nasty Go To Poststill think sac should just trade boogie alreadyI understand what you're saying, but trading Boogie is the sort of move you never live down as a franchise if it backfires. Especially if you're the Kings.
its best for all parties at this point
There's nothing in the draft as good as Cousins. You cannot tank. You've surrended your draft rights.
Cousins is being paid 60% of what he's worth over the next two years. You cannot get equal value for a HoF level talent in trade. You are getting even less in salary matching because of his bargain contract.
You'd be rebuilding for a coach who you cannot build for the future under.
No part of the trade Cuz idea makes sense.

Talk about Phil won't change his system to accommodate his players.
Defend Karl and Gentry in the same week. Lulz.
Melo and Porzi are on board with Phil and Fish. AD and Cousins hate life right now.
Also, interesting to see the standings get back to sanity. All the playoff teams/spots are predictable with a few overachieving teams (Dallas and Orlando) and a couple underachieving ones (Washington and NoLa)
But I thought pace and space was the answer to every question.
