Yurt all of those things are valid. I dunno, it's really hard to say. Had I been on the jury I would have said not guilty, because I felt like there is enough doubt about the way the police acquired and used evidence to not put him away for life. Gut feeling though? Guilty.
By Oddinho Go To PostThe FBI's test proving that the blood was free from EDTA was convincing to me. I feel like it's also extremely unlikely that the woman was seen at his house last, her remains end up there and yet he didn't kill her. I think the police didn't plant all the evidence but they seem very guilty of tampering with the scene. I don't think it was as they told the story, with rape and stabbing all that shit (where is the blood?), I think she was probably strangled and shot. I think there are a lot of shitty and corrupt people involved there like the disgraced DA who sexted his clients, but the dude is a murderer in my eyes.
The expert witness for the defense explained how that FBI test wasn't accurate and that's why they hadn't used it in 15 years or so.

She didn't quite say that, she said that it's possible to have a false negative, and that the test doesn't necessarily mean that there wasn't EDTA. To me that doesn't exonerate him, it just means that you can't use that evidence in isolation. As a part of a whole though, I found it fairly convincing.
Steven has a very low iq. I'm sure in 10 years of prison he would have at least confessed to something if he had done it He's not that tough to keep quite for so many years.

By Kidjr Go To PostThe Arsenalslaent passion was real last night, love it guys lol. We all over react tho for the record.
That's what i love too on our fan base. We all have different opinions on our own players, that's very unique.
Being an Arsenal fan, plus latino, plus brazillian only makes things even more passionate.
We support differently from you guys. We have less patience, but we scream, chant, a lot more than you inside the stadium.
You (not you especifically kidinho) just have to deal with it. I fucking hate when someone start picking on me because of my kind of support. I wont change it, that's my nature.
We latinos are pure passion.

So putting aside the "guilty or not" speculation, what do you guys suppose actually went down if he isn't guilty? The defense's argument that someone knew the police would suspect Steven and thus planted the body at his house seems improbable to me.
I guess the likeliest thing is that the county couldn't afford a 36 million dollar payout, so they needed an out. Perhaps entirely coincidentally there is an actual murder of the 23 year old woman, and the police themselves mutilated the body, burned it, then planted the evidence on Avery's lot. I mean when you think of the stakes, 36 million is a lot of money for a small midwestern town.
One thing for sure though, fuck Krantz. That recorded interview with the journalist at the end makes my blood simmer
Also, Bacon you're right dude. Damn, shit is just hard to wrap your head around.

Did they mutilate her corpse in the process? Perhaps, it isnt beyond someone who's down with implicating an innocent guy

I'm not against a Leicester win today AT ALL. I don't think they will be challenging for the title anyway, differently from city, so it wont be too bad if Ranieri wins today.

I think the ex killed her for some reason. There was the voice mail deleted by someone and the ex confirms that he "hacked" in her voice mail.
I think that the police found the car with the body and used it to frame Steven.
They had no problem in letting a violent rapist roam around freely so they could frame Steve before, I can see them being capable of doing this to prevent the city from being bankrupt.

Most certainly, and in our own heads we all think we are right about our opinions lol. But keep doing you Pelle, keep doing you.
I wonder what the timescales we are looking at for our injuries? Jack unlikely to play much of a role this season, welbeck has had a set back so not going to play until feb. Sanchez should be a few weeks? Flamini is short term right? Arteta who gives a fuck but we could really do with Rosickys energy in midfield right now.
Fuck me we need some more players in the winter transfer window
Also just to comment on Walcott he's a better player than he's shown or you lot think. By no means great but certainly good enough.
Also chambers looked average to me. On the ball he was fine but in that role that's not what I'm judging you on in the DM role, it was far to easy for Bournemouth to find space in between our lines and looked far to dangerous on the counter.

I have always and continue to think that Walcott is a very good player. The silent majority, Kid.
Good hear odd, btw how's the whole developing relationships in Japan thing going for you? New Years coming seems like a perfect time to meet new people (if you haven't already). Wait to Japanese celebrate the new year the same time as everyone else or is that just the Chinese? Help.
if you were the director of football of your club, what would your transfer targets be and what kind of money would you offer the selling club?
Also IF we win the title Cech will go down as one of our greatest signings imo.

Be lying if I said I was trying any harder than usual to make friends though I have been going out more often lately and hanging out with different people. In Japan, New Years is January 1st, and its the same kind of family holiday that Christmas is in the west. Xmas here is kind of like Valentine's Day or a day for parties - a lot of coworkers and friends have their last drinking party of the year on Christmas because they'll all be with their families on NYE.
Me personally, a DOF? I wouldn't mind doing what Southampton do and getting in local talent and developing them. But I wouldn't buy mediocrity like Gaston Ramirez and Victor Wanyama.
So Drogba will not return to Monteal Impact. What a time. Come home Lukaku, come home and be trained by Drogba every day.
If I was a DoF I'd steal money on the side by dealing exclusively with the likes of Mino Raiola, Jorge Mendes and Kia Joorabchian
it's a thankless job and I won't be remembered fondly no matter what I did, might as well join in the fun of buying a Greek Island
