By Perfect Blue Go To PostI didn't think it was possible Oscar to play worse under Hiddink today than he did under Mourinho earlier in the season. AmazingThink he's one of the most inconsistent players I've ever seen, thought he was brilliant against Sunderland but it seems like he's reverted back to his usual nothingness.
By Laboured Go To PostI feel bad for the Chelsea lads because I'm fucking furious at how shit we've become but they were somehow worse. You get used to it after awhile :p

Nine chances created for Mesut Ozil today - the most by a player in a single game in the Premier League this season.
Could've had easily a hattrick of assists if our strikers were good finishers.
What a player.

Jesus fucking christ imagine not scoring against this Chelsea team. How slow they are. How aimless they are. No striker, no fluidity; a team that look like they've spent the week doing yoga for spare change on Oxford Street. John Obi Mikel starts. John Obi, a no hope.
The only positives I can pull from that 90 minutes is the hilarious disparity between Wayne Rooney's final form and the perception of him from television pundits, and that Louie gets at least another game.
Can't work out whether Mourinho will do any better. I feel like between Schneiderlin, Herrera, Mata and Martial there's some serious talent there. It just looks like it's being coached by a pineapple who wants everyone rooted to their positions with zero freedom of expression.
Fucking hell lads, 30 minutes until we get to see the Alpine Messi sink The Ev. Get your kettle boiling.

There's certainly no idea or fluidity to the Chelsea team when it comes to attacking, but the defensive part of the the team has been tightening up quite a lot recently. 7 goals against Chelsea in the last 10 matches. Defensive record is alright.

Defensive record is alright.True, but I feel like it's defensive solidity at the expense of everything else. Allardyce-esque hatch battoning. You basically sacrifice all teamwork in the middle third and beyond to keep complete security at the back. Whether it's a lack of faith in a couple of your squad (Ivanovic needs shooting and Terry needs a job on a golf course) or just the way your coaching staff have decided to play I'm not sure, but it's not productive defending or a route up the table.
By Bungie Go To PostAlli thoSpurs in general. Secretly the best team in the league.
Was at your training ground the other week with a wrestler and I saw Pochettino again, deep in conversation with a cabal of coaches at the back of your canteen. Impressive man. Second time i've seen him now and each time he's struck me as the sort of bloke you'd run a thousand miles for. Mostly because of his haircut.
Very suave.
Just caught the highlights, man how good is Ozil right now? The dude's on fire, happy to see him on his best form.

I hope Shaqiri is grateful and enjoying his football again. I think the Stoke supporters have to be over the moon that they have him this year.
So, I said this when I saw that he had scored his second today, but having now seen the goal, I'm confident that Lukaku is going to have a number of huge clubs vying for his signature this summer. Madrid should start the tapping up now during the January window and then seal things in the summer. Everton could be prime to cash out on their players.

Oh I agree. Was just trying to make the point, that not scoring against Chelsea isn't all that big a disaster.
On the other hand, it wasn't as if the attacking play was working before, when the defense was wide open either. There's a lot of things wrong wit the team right now. The match against Watford had my confidence in Chelsea go up slightly, the attacking play was really damn good, and the only thing that kept Chelsea from winning was a Oscar slip on a penalty. The goals conceeded, without sounding too much like doicare, were pretty damn unlucky. One was a huge deflection, and the other an absolutely idiotic handball by Matic.
With some actual forwards in the team again for the next match, I think Chelsea's offensive play will work a lot better again. This season is a write off for Chelsea, and I think it's a good time to start working some of the youngsters into the team. I hope Hiddink will give
players like Loftus Cheek, Traore and Kenedy the time they deserve, over the countless players who do not seem to care to perform, or for whatever reason can't perform anymore.
Think you're being overly harsh on Terry. Today too he was solid. Ivanovic is the real sin, I have no clue as to how he has declined this much. He has always been a bit shit at defending, but this season is a whole new level of shit. Terry at least got his age excuse. Think this is both of theirs last seasons at Chelsea.

Feel like it's a little pointless getting very invested at all in the youths, so many of them fall by the wayside
Would be delighted to bring through a top player though, preferably one who isn't a little cunt.
Kent is still the one for me. Never watched him play, but still :P
I thought Chelsea were fucking pathetic today. No intention to press, or harry, or try and strike while we're weak.
Just lucky that we are so inept.

Chelsea have been pathetic all season and there's no way to excuse the teams performances. I thought this was well established. Still, it was the team 3 points away from relegation, and with no forwards in the team, against you who might be on a terrible run, but still have shown way more quality this season than Chelsea in the league. This went pretty much as I expected when I saw the squad, could easily have gone either way but the keepers of both teams performed well. Even as bad as it was from Chelsea, I see improvements from previously in the season. It's too early to say though, but I expect the team to start doing a lot better for sure, now that the cunt players finally got Mou out. Some players certainly seemed to have woken up against Watford and Sunderland.
Flanno to play a U21 game tomorrow night.
