Kießling and Chicharito waste half of the clear chances they get. Should've signed someone like Volland to replace Son. I think they'll sign a DM in the winter market (Rode from Bayern), because right now they use Kampl as DM.

Alot of teams that played rather well last season, were struggling pretty hard up until now.
That includes Leverkusen,Gladbach and Wolfsburg.
If the latter two teams played better, the outlook for Leverkusen would have been worse.
Selling Son was already a blow, but Castro who played there for 10+ years was the major point so far.
Overall the weakpoints for Leverkusen is surely their defense, they concede too easy and struggle to get enough goals.
The RB and LB aren't the strongest and if you use your wingers wisely, they are prone to errors.
Another weakpoint is due their high pressure system that they're open to good counterattacks.
Their offensive part can be pretty strong, but they can also waste their opportunities by going into the 1vs1 too often, that happens with Bellarabi on the right wing.
It surely depends on their system, usually Chicha was the sole striker and they were playing fast and with high pressure.
That's also the case with the other system, however they're using two strikers with Chicha and Kießling. Due Kießlings height and ability to controll high balls, crossing becomes vastly more dangerous.
If you use your wings wisely and don't let the pressure get the better of you, you'll get the chance to beat them.
They tend to get bewildered quite often.
Overall they seem to get better lately, so don't underestimate them.

You probably said the same thing when we played Bayern and Monaco. It doesn't work. Let them chase an away goal and we hit them on the break. We aren't going to dictate play against Barca. We can isolate their back line and Biquets and get them on the counter.
