ESB's fight has actual dramatic heft to it in a way TPM's can't match. The introduction of Vader, the tension as Luke is creeping around through the broken window, Vader's ferocity, the ending of the fight, the hum of the lightsabers and the seemingly endless pause before they lock swords, the lighting and smoke effects… so much better than TPM's (which is admittedly the best part of the entire prequel trilogy).
