smart's physical advantages are nullified against NBA-spec defenders and his handle isn't good enough to make up for it, he's gonna have problems until he learns how to shoot and stop taking bad shots.
So like I predicted, Exum seems like he's going to be the best part of this draft. I think Smart's going to (positively) surprise some people, too.I always said that Exum will be at least the second best player in the draft.
I still think that one of the other three will pan out. Embiid most likely, as long as he doesn't break.
Watched through some of last nights LA/Sixers game.
Randle's defense is baad. I hope he plays 30+ minutes a night.

It would be really nice if Exum took over today. He's had some really nice moves and signs, but he hasn't really put together an awesome performance yet.
Millsap's little bro against Randle looked like Paul playing against the Heat.

So I haven't seen a second of Summer League but the things I'm reading about Zach LaVine are pretty encouraging. He's apparently having a decent game today so far.
Guys, stop me.
Guys, stop me.
Lavine has been decent with some nice dunks. Doesn't look like a bust. Wouldn't say I'm wowed by him, but it doesn't seem to be a pick the TWolves will regret.
Dante is a great prospect for a rebuilding in that he'll be awesome in a few years (assuming he fixes that jumper) while being raw enough to tank for Karl Towns this year.
His quickness, handles, and passing are awesome...

Wiggins- 13.7pts FG-37.8% 3FG-16.7%
Caboclo -11.8pts FG-41.2% 3FG-34.8%
Parker-14.5pts FG-38.7% 3FG-18.2%
Brazilian KD should have been a top 3 pick.

Porter is pretty good
Pierce can come off the bench I think
I think you use Porter as the sixth man. Let him be the focus when he comes off the bench..
Wiggins gets an open laneā¦.does spin move anyway for a tougher shot
why
I think he only unlocked spin move before the SL
Knicks looking very sluggish, Larkin having trouble running the O on these guys. That perfect recod is in jeopardy.
Nice job Antetokounmpo on dat D.

THardJr. has been killing it in Summa League. Just needs to keep working on the D and his periphereals, this guy has the tools to win a 6th Man award.
Shannon Brown is 28
what is he doing in SL
The NBA Summer League, consisting of the Las Vegas Summer League and the Orlando Summer League is a period during which NBA teams come together to try out different summer rosters instead of their regular season line-ups. Typically, there is a mix of rookies and some of the younger bench players to see how well some players work with others. Sometimes, even unsigned players are invited to play so teams can decide whether or not they want to sign the new players. The main benefit for fans, as well as the media, is to get a preview of the top rookies and how they will fit into the NBA and how they transition from college basketball to the NBA. The NBA Summer League is also where many past draftees or players who no longer are on rosters try to make comebacks onto NBA rosters. He's a unsigned FA.
Knicks advance to Saturday Quarterfinals vs. Hornets at 4 PM.
THardJr. - 8/17, 25 pts. Not as many rebs/assts/stls but he's not getting blanked anymore
Larkin - 6/12 for 14 pts., 5 rebs., 5 stls. Had a tough start but rallied the troops. Kid is as tough as I remember in college.
lot of other rangy bigs on the team played well, plus Shannon playing for a job.
