im eating just fine. I'd like more participation other than myself though.
Like even the cheapest cup ramen looks more appetizing than what you have at a competitive price and effort point.

it's the "shit" kind though. the kfc bowl of ice cream.
Dipro usually indulges in his fancy gelato or three twins or something.
Dreyers is ok. What's real shit is like the store bought brand cosmopolitan in a huge tub.

I got a new knife, 8" Dragon. Immediately cut myself chopping an onion. Forgot the fundamentals of good cutlery. Oh well. 3-4 stiches coming.
Anybody want a bloody diced onion?

never fucking going to try and cook shrimp ever again

floured it,coated it, panko'd it. at least 45 minutes of prep work and I was finally ready to cook them. Filled the pan with oil and let it heat up(some dude on youtube said wait 7-9 minutes), put it in the pan and everything went to shit . burned within SECONDS, I was scrambling, found a spatuala, bitch melted in the oil(now I can't even reuse it). Turned the stove off, pushed that shit to the side, dodged the oil squirts and made it out alive.
I thought I could salvage it, I thought wrong. Baked it the oven @ 475 for 12 minutes(via martha stewart), didn't taste cooked at all, put it back in the oven and 20 minutes later it still didn't taste good, there was still flour but somewhat edible. Made some rice and dealt with it.
Never going to betray the frozen seapak pre cooked shrimp ever again, not worth it.

NO, 7 minutes is overkill, your oil got burnt.
next time drop a small piece of breadcrumb, any small vegetable or dip a wooden spoon in there to check if the oil is hot, it will bubble up around the food/spoon if it's hot enough, it takes approx. 2 minutes for a small pan full of sunflower oil to heat up on a high flame, depends on the type of oil and the amount. or get a cooking thermometer.

Sorry I couldn't resist.
Was about to make a proper video with Ramsay snippets, but was too lazy in the end.
And don't worry Psy, we all fuck up. Made meatballs yesterday and it looks like I fucked up and used waaaay to much salt. Just wanted to get rid of the package as it was almost empty, but it was too much for the meal. Well into the garbage with them.

No fucking shit! 🙃
Shrimp in the over seems very strange to me. With that amount of oil no less. Could have fried them in shallow oil right on the stove top. And that amount of time is madness for any protein let alone seafood. Lesson learned, you'll get'em next time. It's part of the fun. Sick with it.
