I forgot to take pictures but I made some great, great pork belly stew this weekend.
Think I used 4 Orval's to enrich the sauce with some spices but not to much. Mainly to focus on the flavour from the pork.
Let it marinate overnight and it was on point.
They stayed intact when serving the plates but broke beautifully apart when cutting into it.

Spent 6 hours making the finest pulled pork known to man, spiced to perfection.
Ate some with friends, went out to celebrate my birthday and came back and ate from it again.
Woke up this morning, thinking I was going to take it to work with me but drunk me left it out on the counter over night.
Had to throw it away because of good sense and not wanting food poisoning. ;_;
