In this case he was much closer to the goal tho (the attacker) and it looked a lot more like deliberate for me.
I accept the red on this case, it was a clear chance, much more clear than today.

That is exactly what I said earlier, he was imo lucky the ref didn't judge it as deliberate. I'm not even sure if it was deliberate, it's hard to be in most cases (with the exception of Suarez and such of course), but an argument could certainly be made for it.
