All in all a good selection. Spawns need work on all the maps from what I've seen. Also not seeing as much vehiclar combat as I would have liked. The map lanes for all of them seem pretty small. Basin's camo cave for example. There should be a whole other route to that side for vehicle combat and that is why it is the lowest rated. The middle structure is more of a wall than a building. I would have liked to see more routes in it.

Already played Deadlock 3 times in a row. Hated Standoff and I hate this lol. Looks great and a solid recreation. Just never was a fan. Can't remember ever having a good game on it so that probably lends to my hatred of it haha. That and Basin are probably the most visually appealing. Look like studio dev'd maps to me.

Speaking of Basin, it's legit. Great map. Headlong remake was solid too. Haven't played Recurve yet

I'd kinda prefer they fix the spawns, I think it could be very fun under the right conditions.

I would gladly give it to you in exchange for the Wetwork helmet or Gungnir or something, those helmets are rarer than Locke's armor.

I wouldn't be complaining if it wasn't one of the most common armors in the game. It makes me want to jump off a cliff (not actually but you know what I mean) knowing I got the most common "Legendary" in the game as opposed to literally any other armor of the same tier of rarity. Helljumper or Centurion helmet would have had me bouncing off the walls with happiness but instead I got this. That's where my complaints are coming from, you can call it a top tier legendary but it really isn't. Top tier legendaries are like "Whoa he has Linda's helmet!" because like 0.1% of players have it. I had a chance at a helmet of that rarity and instead I got Locke's helmet, which even now I see plenty of running around in my matches. It's not special like the other campaign characters' armors are, its inclusion as a preorder bonus made it commonplace.

Not sure how people feel about this, but.... I think you should be able to directly buy cards with REQ points. They would cost a hefty amount, obviously.

I'm not saying permanent reqs, but maybe allowing us to directly purchase boosts. Like 1 Arena XP boost costs 500 REQ points or something.

edit: Alternately, a "Boosts REQ Back" that gives like 4-6 random Boost cards for a price. That way there is still a bit of random to it.

The aiming is definitely better than it was. I noticed it immediately.

My teammates were so bad I almost considered having my friend teach me how to script so I could start booting people that don't play the objective. It's not slayer, see those diamonds on your screen, just stand in those for 15 seconds and shoot at people that aren't on your team. So mindless a monkey could do it, christ.

Yep, I had a few Strongholds matches that were head scratchers. Only got one CTF match too in about 8 played.

tfw when you get an overkill to secure a flag return in BTB only to realize the usual recording buttons don't work streaming and you can't remember the keyboard shortcut

I tried streaming H5 to my PC. Normally streaming works perfectly, as in, it's 100% like playing on console. But for H5 I immediately noticed all the aiming problems some people have. Yet on my TV it's all good. Weird.

Input lag is a lot easier to notice in Halo 5 than other fps games. That's why I can't play Halo 5 on TV, I have to use a monitor.

Considering how much of that space in Forge Island wasn't really "useful" or could even be utilized with the object count that's not really a problem.

(Although if they can break out of the maps and give us stuff like the underwater foggy environment or the super dark and moody interior caverns of the interior plateaus, that's awesome.)
