My Karga afterglow headset headband cracked a few months ago, and I have been limping along with a splint I rigged up for it. But, Mama just got her tax return and I was off on the hunt! One of the myriad of sins the Xbone commits is not having an easily accessible truly wireless headset. I missed having my over one ear from the xbox 360 as it let me walk around the house chatting with friends in party. WELL.
I was searching around on Amazon.com, and almost bought one, but discovered it was still wired to the controller (grrrr). found some new love for this game after taking a leave from destiny--still have some annoyances with map design in some instances, but I'm falling in love with the core mechanics
I'm going to get an "LOL GET GUD" for this next comment, but I think the game could use a little more magnetism. That or fix the issue with the controls. There's still a strange noticable dead zone that I've tried to correct with added sensitivity, but making very small adjustments seems difficult. It's annoying because I can't make the plays I'd like to make sometimes.

You can fix dead zones too now if that actually is your issue.

Riptide is awful though.As for aiming it certainly takes time getting used to, but I love the lack of magnetism on the pistol, it makes it feel all the more rewarding when you're on your game and it increases the skill gap. It always feels like you're at fault for missing as well, there's no random bullshit thrown in. As ExWife said, if you have a problem with deadzones they can be adjusted, 2 is what the beta had (currently vanilla 3).
