People here, myself included, get trapped in a bubble so easily and establishing relationships is hard work in itself. Japanese people have established friends from work or high school and don't really allow new people in, and hanging out with other foreigners is always depressing because the pool is tainted. Everyone is a weird ass weeb and the few cool people go home in a year or two and it turns into another iMessage relationship.
Honestly it's just all getting to me. I'm in a bad mood 6 days out of every week except the hours I'm in class working or with my wife and that's no way to live.
