And I believe Elsks story that he needed a book, 15 is too little for anything lol. If he was scamming he'd ask for a little more I'd guess.
Anyways, I ain't donating shit to a Pep hater. Rather give $50 to someone trying to buy the most expensive chocolate bar.

By LarchmontVanDyke Go To PostStarz renews pretty much all of its shows before they air, AFAIK.It´s true that Starz is pretty quick with renewals but many people we thinking that this would be a one off. So more of it is excellent news.

By LarchmontVanDyke Go To PostFootballFan, did you ever finish Mad Men?It's my favourite show of all time
What do you think?
I didn't. I fucking procrastinated. I said "I'll wait until all the episodes are out for the last season then just watch it all in a day. That moment never came.
Now I feel lost and want to start from the beginning and go all the way to the end again.
Do you think that's a good idea.
By FootballFan Go To PostIt's my favourite show of all timeI don't know. Why not watch the seven episodes and then do a full rewatch. Unless you think your enjoyment of the last seven will be very negatively affected by having waited so long. Have you completely avoided spoilers?

I don't want to be watching the last season saying "wait who's this guy again?"
Not great, Bob.

I don't want to be watching the last season saying "wait who's this guy again?"Maybe watch the episode 7 of season 7 as a refresher on what's going on and then watch the final seven episodes. I think that would maybe be enough context.
Not great, Bob.

I want to binge-watch every season again, but, then again, I don't.
Might do that m8

Javier Mascherano has pleaded guilty to defrauding the taxman.
The Barça man has admitted to two counts of tax fraud and already paid the total amounts owed. He will now have to pay whatever fine the court decides. The Argentina international defrauded Spain's tax authorities of a little over 1.5m euros in unpaid income tax and undeclared income generated from his image rights during 2011 and 2012.
Mascherano spent 55 minutes inside the court building, but only three of those in front of the judge. He had been called to testify after an investigation by tax authorities led to prosecutors charging the Argentine of two counts of tax fraud.
The midfielder defrauded 587,822 euros in 2011 and 968,907 in 2012 through the use of two companies, one in Miami and another in Madeira. Prosecutors described the player's actions as a "strategy aimed at hiding income generated through his image rights".
On the advice of his lawyers, Mascherano already paid the 1.5m euros demanded by the taxman, plus another 200,000 euros in interest. However, that did not stop him from being called to testify in court, just as his teammate Leo Messi did before him.
Marca is the funniest in times like these
12h turned on, at least 1h of wi-fi and 4G data use browsing the web and checking e-mails, took a few photos, 2 phone calls, a few text messages and Moto G is still at 78% battery. Hugely impressed.

By flabber Go To PostBecause Mad Men, unlike the vast majority of things in life, isn't rubbish.I think that's honestly the reason.
I don't really want to finish it. =/
Other than Fargo I've got no other tv atm
By FootballFan Go To PostI think that's honestly the reason. The only other show I watch is Game of Thrones. Have you tried it? It's like a soap opera with fur cloaks and slightly better writing and acting.

Oh, and I recently picked up Orange is the New Black. A bit ludicrous at times, but I appreciate that they try to avert all the usual clichés.
Is the complete blu-ray set of Mad Men out already? A rewatch is inevitable sometime in the near-ish future, but I don't feel the urge just yet.
GOAT show. The golden age of television is well and truly over.

By FootballFan Go To PostOhhh forgot about that, don't know about better acting tbh. HahaA few of the actors aren't entirely atrocious, which is a few more than any soap opera I've seen (though Dany Girl alone might be enough to drag them all down into the clownish abyss).

I tried the books twice. The man's prose is worse than the acting, however, so I've twice abandoned them.

I just played through the first episode of Life Is Strange on PS4 on a whim since whatever $5 let's give it a go and wow this is cool. I'm not one to play through adventure games before so I'm glad I gave it a shot. Just bought the next 4 episodes.

Another goal for Eder. It seems it'll be a nice competition between him and Higuain for the capocannoniere. He, of course, has the advantage in that he can actually score penalties.
