By Hitch Go To PostEven when it needs to happen, changing managers is shit.
You get used to it. The initial shock. Then the "well, it can't be any worse." Then the "man these names are quite exciting" then a name will break from nowhere and it's terrible compared to the rumours and you think "nah this is bollocks" but it's true and in the beginning it works out but in 6 months time it's all shit again and you relive those 6 months for 5 years with different names.
By Esch Go To PostI mean think about it if you were Klopp. Guy just abandoned his football "baby"… To go to Liverpool and raise a new one? Narrrrrrrrrr
He's off ballin' on a budget.
That's what I reckon. Bet he feels he's earned something a bit better (even if his last season was shit).
"I'd like to manage in the EPL and cut my sabbatical short to do it" in other words...if you are giving Rodgers the hook early, I'm ready. Klopp is either interested or using Liverpool to get another job.
ffs lads
Dick said he'd resign 'if the time was right'
Now Klopp puts his name out there
2+2= the best number 4 you've ever tasted

Look at what kind of money Liverpool (or any PL club) can spend compared to BVB and tell me that isn't going to make Klopp happy.
Besides, if Kloppo hasn't developed his tactical approach, a club like Liverpool will fit him much better than a club like Bayern.

Liga have approved the new legislation on collective tv deal. Starts next season. Barcelona supported it, only Real Madrid voted against it.
note: from next season on, liga clubs won't be able any longer to individually sell their tv rights for the league
Real Madrid C.F, més que un club.
Klopp won't go to Liverpool, come on
he left a shambolic team, why would he join another?
PSG, City, Bayern, Chelsea (if Mou ends up bombing this season) or United
maybe Real but Rafa is doing god's work there

Poor attempt to take Real down with them.

Really sort of cowardly yeah? Gross club
By Slizz Go To PostBarca trying to pin it on Real now when it was clearly the both of them holding out for this long.Sensible post is sensible.
It's only fair for the bigger teams to receive slightly more, which is what RM are asking for in this reconstruction if I'm not mistaken.
By Razor Go To PostReal Madrid C.F, més que un club.Link to a source? Twitter's "Barcastuff" is the only one with this news, naturally.
quotes without sources, barca messi fans, man. googled it and the only source is the @barcastuff twitter

Barcelona and Real Madrid sacrificing TV money help La Liga - Bartomeu
Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has told Harvard Business School students that his club and their big rivals Real Madrid are sacrificing some TV money so that La Liga can be more competitive overall.
By Esch Go To PostReally sort of cowardly yeah? Gross clubYou mean the one that's currently banned for money laundering, tax evading and signing of underage players? I agree with you, Barcelona FC is as filthy as it gets - they just hide behind the "El Franco Madrid is occupying our freedom" banner PR'ing their image as such.
How many had to vote against it for it to be struck down? Might as well have gone for the PR win and voted for it if it needed to be more than Madrid and Barca voting against it
I can see Klopp going to spain. Maybe Real Madrid if Rafa doesn't make it through? but Liverpool would take Amcelotti before him. Maybe Bielsa?
i see one of these 3 as the realistic, plausible possibility for Liverpool
- Villas-Boas
- Big Sam
- Di Matteo

For the fuckery, I'd love to see Bielsa have a go at it. Liverpool 1st place in October, 10th place in August
BRod is already out in the minds of the faithful. FSG should act soon because it will only effect results. They have a jammed pack schedule in October between the league and Europa. No easy games after Villa this Saturday.

Norwich and Carlisle were supposed to be easy games, we completely fucked one of them and were extremely fortunate in the other.

Like I said earlier: I think Liverpool should go for Montella. He's a fantastic young manager with talent, charisma, and sensibility.
I know FSG reads this thread, so I'll continue to post this until the rumors swing my way.

Despite the current climate, the position to run LFC still seems incredibly favorable to me. I feel like they could make a decent pitch to any of the available candidates being tossed around and be under serious consideration from all of them.
I think FSG is going to go with a established name. They'll go for Klopp or Carlo...whether they get one of them is another thing entirely. One thing for certain though, Brendan is done. I like the idea of making the change now so that you give the new manager the better part of a season to bed in his ideas and style.
Do it.

Drove 12 hours yesterday, couldn't watch anything. Burst out laughing when I found out Barca got pounded 4-1. Absolute joke team.
Madrid #topofthetable Benzema is on fucking fire. 6 goals in 5 games or something like that right?
And Juve...oh Juve.
Ter Stergen is cringeworthingly SHIT fucking hell. Can't believe he was hyped up once upon a time.

By Hitch Go To PostDidn't Montella do a shite job last year?Uh, no.
He finished a respectable fourth in the league (above Madrid-bound Benitez, I should add) and brought Fiorentina to the semifinals of both the coppa and the EL. He exceeded everyone's expectations.
