What FF said yeah plug. If you do something you want to upload just hit the share button and save the clip by pressing square. Then when you're done playing go back to the share menu. Pick upload clip and select the clip you saved. Then choose Youtube and press trim in the upper right to trim it down to the relevant bit. The trim tool allows you to scroll trough the frames up to 1 second apart from each other. So it's pretty accurate.
