By cashman Go To PostGondo died on GAF so that OSU could have an undefeated season.Lol.
If that's what it takes it was worth it.
The NCAA apparently caved and will let Fournette sell his jersey.
Interesting hypothetical: let's say a relative was about to have their house foreclosed on. Why couldn't he sell a jersey to help them out too?

Wazzu is washington state, right? That's a holy shit for sure.
Don't go and lose to WVU, Fighting Gondo's.

I wonder if this is the end of Oregon's run as a cfb power.
By Enron Go To PostGeorgia sucks. Im so mad right now I want to break everything in the house. Fuck.I hope Chubb is okay
Ugh. This one's gonna come down to it again.
If we could run the ball we'd be a top 10 team. As it is we're fringe top 25.

Aaaaaand of course WVU marches right down to tie the game.
Time to see if Ben Grogan can win his third game in a row.

By Lonestar Go To PostDid Rutger's spike it on 4th down? I think Rutger's just spiked it on 4th down.I mean, it probably didn't matter but it's still hilarious.
It would have been extra amazing if they had been in a reasonable scoring position.
By cashman Go To PostUtah vs Cal is actually a pretty good one.By the way, don't think I've congratulated you yet on the OU game.
Thanks for allowing me to talk a little trash at the office on Monday.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Although head coach Mark Richt is expected to have more information during Sunday afternoon's teleconference regarding the left knee injury to Nick Chubb, the running back's mother took to Facebook to thank fans for their support.
She also offered an update on her son.
"Nick has a PCL tear along with two other ligaments," LaVelle Chubb wrote. "It's not nearly as bad as it could have been. They'll wait for swelling to go down to decide when to have surgery. Possibly two weeks."
So judging from what she said, a complete PCL tear along with partials to the other 2 ligaments, 2 weeks or so till surgery and then out for the rest of the year.
Well at least I can quit watching college football on saturdays now till 2016
I only hope that this Georgia team loses 6 games or more (and from the looks of it, this is a real possibility) and Mark Richt is finally thrown onto the street.
Maybe Texas will swap us Charlie Strong.
Hey look, something we can take credit for that didn't originate at Texas Tech!

Yesssssssssssssssss
By Jake TrotterAccording to the Football Power Index, which is a statistical measure of a team’s supposed strength, Oklahoma had a 90 percent chance of beating Texas.http://espn.go.com/blog/big12/post/_/id/104901/oklahoma-uncloaked-again-as-big-12-title-race-gains-clarity
Going back five years, the Sooners have six defeats in which FPI gave them at least an 80 percent chance to win.
According to ESPN Stats & Info, no FBS team has more such losses over that span. Not even Clemson – from which “Clemsoning” entered the college football lexicon to describe when a heavily favored team delivers an inexplicably disappointing losing performance.
Clemson is undefeated and ranked fifth in the polls. And the Tigers finished off last season with a 40-6 win over Oklahoma.
Maybe it’s time the term be amended to “Soonering.”
Florida's QB Will Grier has been suspended for the rest of the season for PED use.
Welp. That UF-LSU game just got a lot less interesting.

Aaaaand Steve Sarkisian has been fired at USC.
Trojan fans must have whiplash. Preseason playoff hopes, now they have 2 home losses and their coach got canned for (allegedly) drinking on the job.

RT @BruceFeldmanCFB: Source on why #USC & Pat Haden made the move now to fire Sarkisian & was told they'd learned that more bad behavior had occurred/may surface
RT @HeismanPundit: If the other stuff on Sark that has been floating around comes out, people are going to feel much less sympathy for him than they do now.
