Still a better PG than KembaI can't front, I'm worried about Wednesday. We lost Thornton today and that's about half our bench scoring right there. KG is still out. And we just played two overtimes back to back.
this doesn't prove anything. im not convinced. you're going to have to show advanced stats more than just +/-. iScole: 8 points worse on offense and 3 points worse on defense when on th courttheir front court isn't very deep defensively outside of George and Hibbertheresay.
so ur still wrong
and prove it.
Mahimi: 8 points worse on offense and 3 points better on defense when on the court
West: 8 points better on offense and 3 points better on defense when on the court
Solo/Turner's numbers aren't worth writing down
SO basically on Indy's starting front court are productive on the floor. Doesn't scream deepest front court to me.
I'd say Duncan,Leonard,Splitter,Belinelli and Diaw and Ayers are better so the Spurs have the deepest front court in the league.nah.
so what stats are you using to prove that they are the deepest?this doesn't prove anything. im not convinced. you're going to have to show advanced stats more than just +/-. iheresay.Scole: 8 points worse on offense and 3 points worse on defense when on th court

i made a statement. you say otherwise, and you are adament enough to prove me wrong.so what stats are you using to prove that they are the deepest?Scole: 8 points worse on offense and 3 points worse on defense when on th courtthis doesn't prove anything. im not convinced. you're going to have to show advanced stats more than just +/-. i

They're having problems just passing the ball cleanly around the perimeter, the driving lane is shut down.Really need lamarcus back and into game shape. Everything starts with him collapsing the defense. Wesley's shot has been off too. Just a few more makes...
Whatever happens in the playoffs, this season is going to be really good for the team going forward. They're learning some hard lessons.
viakado doesn't know shitwhy dont go find an attractive chick and absolutely do nothing about it, you clown.
not worth arguing with
Back to back 50 win seasons. Yay. Bad defensive effort though. Clips let ramon sessions have superstar stats and allowed 54 points in the paint. Disgusting
13 pages on that NBA thread on that "other" site. Took Sanguro 3 days to get quoted. smhwhat other site?
Yo seriously, Pacers are the biggest fraud team in the league right now. Miami possibly right behind them.
Spurs better chip this year.
Spurs better chip this year.
None of the teams look all that exceptional this season. Spurs are beasting while resting people…what a strange season.
Rockets are better than the Bobcats (soon to be Hornets). Boom, blew your mind.
On a serious note, Pacers are sucking because they tried to give 100% all the time. Which is tiring. And can lead to unhealthy emotions and having difficulty doing even basic things normally. Hence, all of the jumpshots not working. And everyone just playing mediocre defense.
Oh and Portland lost. Blew your minds! Not really. They kind of suck too.

It's possible if Indiana gets the 2nd seed and Chicago gets the 3rd seed, we can see a 2nd round matchup of Pacers vs Bulls. Championship of Fuckball!

I gotta say Bulls look like the best team in the East. That DJ signing really gave them another bench weapon to add with Taj... Augustin is a more in-control, better passing-less scoring Nate Rob for them. Even losing Deng did nothing, Jimmy Minutes and Dunleavy have been real solid. I'm amazed that Dunleavy's poor D gets hidden so well because of the Bulls' defensive schemes.
Gorgui Dieng is averaging 12 points and 14 rebounds per in his last five games. I know things are bad because I'm excited about this.

If it happens and then the Bulls make the ECF is Noah the MVP?

At this point I'd rather have that than seeing the Bulls lose to the Heat again. I think we have a better chance at upsetting the Pacers.
Hey, what the Bulls have done is a really nice Eastern Conference Accomplishment. It's possible if Indiana gets the 2nd seed and Chicago gets the 3rd seed, we can see a 2nd round matchup of Pacers vs Bulls. Championship of Fuckball!Gross.

Sadly, they wouldn't even be a playoff team in the West. Especially if they had to play a schedule loaded with teams from the West instead of in a division with the Bucks, Cavs, and Pistons.

Let's put it this way, Paul George is a hell of a player, but it's much easier to guard him than Lebron. Same goes for West vs Bosh and Hill vs Wade.
Bulls could easily lose in the 1st round, or could make it to the Eastern Conference Finals if they face Indy in the 2nd round. That's the kind of season it's been.
People keep trying to push Paul George as some great scoring threat and he's not. He's very long, athletic and talented but as for an actual rounded offensive game... no. He's being asked to do so much and it's wearing him down gradually, Vogel needs to limit his minutes to 30 and play guys like Cope (who should've been playing eons ago) and Turner (got to get him ready for the playoffs) more/

Shaquille O'Neal is the subject of an open assault investigation by police in Atlanta after an incident his lawyer described as "horseplay" in which a co-worker was injured last year.
No charges have been filed by local police over the event, which according to a police report is alleged to have occurred May 9 and first reported to police July 2.
According to Robert Williams, a co-worker of O'Neal's at Turner Studios, for whom O'Neal is an NBA analyst, the 15-time All-Star "ran out of a room and hit me with a tackle punch to the back knocking me down and falling on top of me injuring my neck and back," the police report says.

EJ is the coolest cat, he wouldn't do that shit.

Shaq's an ass and a half though. I could see him punch/shover someone in the back after something like that.

Shaquille is also now 7'2, 700 lbs. 'Horseplay' could paralyze a dude.
"We understand that the physical attack by Shaquille O'Neal upon Mr. Robert Williams is under criminal investigation," Williams' attorney said in a statement to WSB. "Mr. Williams is presently recovering after surgery.Surgery...

He's definitely pushing 400 though.
A Russian billionaire said on Monday he plans to relocate his company that runs the Brooklyn Nets basketball team to Russia in keeping with the Kremlin's call on Russian businessmen to repatriate their assets to help combat new U.S. sanctions.
The United States and European Union have imposed visa bans and asset freezes on officials and businessmen believed to be close to Russian President Vladimir Putin in protest at Moscow's annexation of Ukraine's Crimea region.
Mikhail Prokhorov, owner of the Brooklyn Nets, had said before that he planned to relocate the company that runs the NBA team to Russia, but his comments to reporters in the Kremlin underlined his support for Putin.
"A Russian company will own the basketball club," Prokhorov said before receiving a medal for services to Russia along with other national sports officials.
"This (move) does not violate any NBA rules, and I will bring it (under Russian jurisdiction) in accordance with Russian law."

Who's going to be more effective, Prokhorov running the Nets from Russia, or Phil Jackson running the Knicks from California?

Ownership and management have been strong advocates of Scalabrine and his performance on the job, sources told Yahoo Sports. Nevertheless, Warriors officials decided that as long as Jackson is the head coach, he'll have control of his coaching staff.
Mark Jackson can't handle the White Mamba.
Jackson,48, has tried and failed to get involved with several head coaching openings over the past several months, including the Los Angeles Clippers and Brooklyn Nets, league sources said.
WAIT WTF
OMG
Why? Like... Why...........
WAIT WTFI call bullshit. I've read a number of reports that said we begged him to take the job but he didn't want to coach.
OMG
Why? Like… Why………..
Everyone said he didn't want to coach. That's why Dolan had to give him a front office job instead.
edit: Wrong Jackson.

Now that the Suns are in the playoffs, I don't want the standings to change in the western conference. Clippers and Warriors to battle it out, then probably go against the Thunder in the next round. Meanwhile, we get a first round match-up with the Blazers. Spurs seem like something else now to the team we faced, but I don't think they'd have the same mental effect on the Rox as the Clips or Thunder. Still have games against them coming up, but until we win one, I'd like to avoid them come playoffs.
If we stay focused enough, I think we have an okay enough schedule to the end of the season to keep home court advantage, but I'm not sure what's going to happen 5-8.
