I only watched highlights but FUCK ME that 44 goal pass by Man Utd, I havent seen Man U play like that in YEARS. were you that good the whole game?
By n8 Go To PostVan Gaal's usually been alright with his subs this season, but McNair yesterday was just unnecessary tinkering
I think on principle alone Rojo was to be taken off because he's not match fit yet.
Anyways the more apt comparison for Martial is definitely Anelka rather than Henry.
Crooks lmao. How has he got a job
No :lol. Was a fucking lovely goal. Hopefully people will stop creaming themselves over that 26 pass Argentina goal at the WC now tho.

Because of quotes like this..
"I was speaking to my uncle Ben on Saturday and said that Aaron Ramsey was almost certain to be the unanimous choice for footballer of the year. He took the glass of champagne out of my hand and said: 'You mean Wayne Rooney, don't you?' I told him that he had made a very good point and promptly went home."

A lot of text incoming, starting with the useless but new stuff.
Enjoy Jos Luhukaay, Mirko Slomka or Jens Keller Gladbach fans. Although. Seriously what's so bad about Keller? He managed that heaping pile of chaotic crap at Schalke for longer than anyone expected. Is he able to help with relegation panic? I'm uncertain. I thought the same thing about Slomka, and he turned out to not have the longest half-life. But that was Hamburger, and they are a certainly comparable chaotic heap of buttmudd as Schlakke. At Hannover Slomka did quite well, until they faced their close call with relegation.
Well never forget: In case of emergency break glass and pull out Friedhelm Funkel or Peter Neurer. They were born in the relegation struggle, molded by it. They've never seen the light of single-digit placements.
Bayern-GAF: Coman and Costa make me question why pace was nerfed so hard in FIFA 16.
Dortmund: Januzaj is still shit. I don't know who answered me last time with a 10 minute highlight reel of his backpasses and corners not even reaching the first post. But nah, he adds nothing to the first team and would be the ideal replacement for league match Depay at Manchester, when you want to replace nothing with nothing. He'll stay a substitute bitch in Dortmund.
Speaking of United: Southhampton beat their dumbass self. Should have just kept playing like in the first 30 minutes. Stay compact, play long balls to Pelle and have Mane break through the lines. It was really similar to van Gaal's Fellaini master stroke, were he found a more suitable job for him instead of just handing out waterbottles. But unlike Fellaini, Pelle is an actuall striker who knows how to dribble and shoot at goal.
Still quite unhappy with the the CB position at United. Maybe Fellaini could work there. He's got the physical side needed, which can't be said about Blind or Rojo. I could go on and on. Mata's position, Darmian and Valencia, Depay and the central midfield. There are a lot of adjustments needed for this side. Formation, line-up, tactics. Still don't see a "first team" line-up nor a match that truely impressed me.
Chelsea: Man I love Diego Costa. The cuntiest cunt there has ever been. Remember the outragous stuff from his Madrid times? When he spat in his gloves and threw that shit at players? I have no idea how he always gets away with it. But some players just do. He got the best of Gabby because he knew he could. Some Arsenal player should have gotten him away from Costa, preferably the team captain.... but both of them were incapacitated for the match. Can't wait for Arsene and Jose's next duell. Action guaranteed.
But still don't really think Chelsea will get a placement better than the 3rd spot this year. Performances have been lackluster, especially against deeplying defenses. They are missing a spark of creativity needed in these matches.

After we batter Sunderland next week things get grim:
Sunderland (H)
Arsenal (A)
Everton (A)
Man City (H)
Crystal Palace (A)
Fellaini pls.

It's the same with Hofmann, but at least Hofmann scores and we have the certainty that we can keep Hofmann. Makes much more sense to give him a run of matches, even though he might suck in a few.
It will get even tougher for Januzaj when Sahin is back (Nuri pls) or Castro starts playing well. I guess it's an okay transfer, though. We need Januzaj against Krasnodar and Qäbläbääbäaäääab :lol

Not for his expertise on black American gangs then?

Serious question. Is the last one he developed into a world class player Henry? Because that's a long time ago.
Keep wondering who will we be buying come winter.
Probably a striker? Or a natural right winger? Mata just doesn't threaten.
Anyway I miss Shaw. He was great in getting the ball forward, and I feel the reason why we had trouble in the first half is because our team is still getting used on not having him to depend on. Also hopefully LVG plays Young this Wednesday. Memphis will come good, but I think at this point, Young is a much better fit on the wing than him.
On the subject of Liverpool & Chelsea, well, it has only been 6 games. Too soon to write them off the title or thereabouts just yet.

Doubt we're buying anyone this January, Flutter. It's just too hard to bring in quality players in such a short time frame. Only way we could bring in someone of a high standard is if the selling club aren't really interested in keeping the player eg Mata and Chelsea.
By Tom Go To PostFellaini needs to snap his legs at Old Trafford.
Fellaini getting a CL ban is something I can accept.
Big workload for Martial coming up. Rooney is not going to kick in.
By Lazinho Go To PostBellerin is world classCan't wait until Barca sells him to us in a few years.
He's also a good lad

Your use of inverted comas there is making me giggle way more than it should. You seem suspicious of both her identity and the quality of her output.
Rest of the quote: “That happened in the game but he's a really nice guy. We're proud to have him, like the other players, and we're happy to win this game today.”

Just got out of seeing Legend. Film was pretty dull tbh, no energy to any of the scenes. Hardy was good tho, interesting seeing him play two different characters.

Second half seems to be where the more quintessential Ryan Adams songs are located. I Wish You Would, Wildest Dreams and This Love (wow!) are really great.

I'll never get UK politicians.
I especially don't get parliament. Seems like they sit around too close to each other and banter the fuck out of each other while the rest laugh.
