Explosion on US base in Japan

cause of the fire is unknown but in April the same base was supposedly attacked by an extremist group...
So we will see... for me it's wild because I lived in that area for about 5 years... just moved from there 2 years ago this month...

It has not been suggested that the two events are linked.
Japanese police said at the time the explosions were as a result of left-wing extremists.
So we will see... for me it's wild because I lived in that area for about 5 years... just moved from there 2 years ago this month...
That looks and sounds a lot like an ammo point going off. If it was just a fire, that's about what I'd expect. The report says that this event and the previous weren't linked so that's hopeful at least. Most ammo spots aren't exactly housed in the middle of neighborhoods either. Got friends out there so :/

The US Army said the warehouse stored compressed gases including nitrogen, oxygen and freon. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the blast.
