There could be actual good reasons for it, before she is assumed some welfare cheater. I posted this in the football thread:
Lots of reasons. Like muscular dystrophy (i think it's called in English). Went to college with someone who had that when I was 16, he could walk if he needed to and I assume run as well. But his whole body was just all kinds of fucked up and could break easily.
We had some good fun on our London and Seattle trips though, when we took the wheelchair, rolled around with it, and then just went up from it. Peoples reactions were great.

Fun fact, the singer from Volbeat was his handicap assistant thing and he went to school with us nerds for a good years time, until they finally got big enough that he had to quit the job.
