Stack up on Almond or Soy Milk and Chia Seeds, you don't needs anything else for your protein shakes.
Find some Whey Isolate or some of those vegan protein powders in any flavor you want and just mix it in a Blender Bottle with the Almond/Soy Milk and Chia Seeds.
If you want flavor or something go add Cheerios and shake, no need to waste time with a blender.
That's my recovery drink after a workout, simple and quick.
I save all my fruits and vegetables for the juicer. Stock up on beets, celery, carrots, spinach, apples, cucumbers, etc. and throw those all in the juicer.
My vegan diet plan at the moment when I'm not making meals.
