I could certainly see how having a woman around could put end to the homo-erotic changing room "banter" lifestyle.
By Shatner's Bassoon Go To PostYou should follow Rob Beasley for a hot minute on twitter, that guy is insufferable. He genuinely thinks he is best friends with Mourinho. He's like The Cable Guy.
Oh fuck I forgot about Beasley. Yeah he's awful too.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostIt is disappointing that none of the Chelsea players have spoke out.
Mou would destroy them if they did. It'd be Madrid Part II.
By Shatner's Bassoon Go To PostMedia is sexist for ignoring Jon Fearn in all the headlines. Disgusting.
God it would be amazing if Mou came out swinging with that line in his press conference.
I dont understand the problems with Mou's comments, women make some of the guys feel uncomfortable/more conscious in the dressing room. You cant exactly walk around with your johnson swinging around with a female present as I'd think that would be highly in appropriate (and thats just an off the wall example). So not being able to do as blokes do, I can see why it would make sense to probably just not have a female present in the dressing room.
Well, you can't sack her because of that line of thinking, kidjr. It's discrimination if you do. So they'll just marginalise her and wait for her to walk.

Notwithstanding what n8 said, she's been working in that dressing room since Di Matteo (4ish years). Why is it a problem in the last year all of a sudden?
Fwiw, I think Mourinho has fucked up massively with both Eva and Fearns. If the player and the referee are beckoning for the medical staff, you're just supposed to ignore it?
He's deflecting from the performance and result, and we're all still talking about it a week later while no one is talking about Courtois being out for a trip to Man City. Hanging (both) his medical staff out to dry is a pretty terrible decision.

By Shatner's Bassoon Go To PostMourinho is pro dicks out. Di Matteo was anti dicks.
It's pretty obvious.
Maybe Di Matteo was sick of seeing balls considering his head resembled one so much
By dark_prinny Go To PostIf a women's football team did the same to a man would it be considered discrimination?
sigh
yes prinny. If they sacked him or marginalised him explicitly due to his sexuality (not that it's definitely happened here), that would be discrimination.

Deflecting is one thing, but the method is that you blame an external entity so that your team galvanises. Here they've created internal strife. Is this really good preparation for a game against City?

Are you entirely sure about that? I'm not.
Inter Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina are all chasing the 24-year-old forward, who is out of favour at Anfield. The Serie A sides are seeking a loan deal with a view to a permanent move.
Yet Borini earns £55,000 a week at Liverpool and is unwilling to accept a reduction, which puts him out of reach of most Serie A sides.
Fuck off.
Two stories reflect Balotelli’s listless attitude. During training Colin Pascoe, then Liverpool’s assistant manager, gathered the squad in a huddle close to Melwood’s perimeter wall. Thirty or 40 yards away, Jon Flanagan was hobbling by, an injured player facing almost a year on the sidelines. Balotelli started shouting towards him for no apparent reason, “Hey, hey…” interrupting Pascoe’s flow. For that, the Italian was threatened with banishment to the changing rooms.
Later in the afternoon, Balotelli scored a jaw-dropping goal from near the halfway line. Witnesses stood open-mouthed: first-team players shook their heads in disbelief, youngsters smirked nervously at the brilliance in front of them. One problem: the goal was at the wrong end.
At 1-1 during a 10 on 10 match, with Balotelli on the weaker team made up of likely substitutes for the weekend’s game at Arsenal as well as teenagers from the academy, he deemed it appropriate to turn around and fire a shot towards Brad Jones. The goalkeeper was helpless. Balotelli thought it hilarious, laughing away by himself in the centre circle.

Oh, I agree. I think it backfired, but it's clear what he was trying to do. It's worked to an extent, I suppose. But yes, siege mentality won't work if they're at odds with each other.

Are you saying "is it discrimination?", or "would action be taken?" Because it is discrimination.

If johnson-swinging is that important to anyone, they're a gigantic fuckwit.
Oh, Eva Carneiro has to go. And beyond her individual case, the defending champions have sent an aggressively stupid and dispiriting message about women in football. But hooray, dicks out.

Besides the point really, isn't it? If action isn't taken, that's wrong. Just as if Chelsea have sidelined Eva because of that, it's wrong.

Is not beside the point because if a men would be fired for that reason two things would happen:
- Nobody would believe him.
- Nobody would care.
I thinks this is blowing out of proportion. Are we even sure she is being fired for being a woman?

Seems daft* to look at what seems like an actual case of a woman being discriminated against in order to preserve a butt-whipping ambience and to respond by gibbering about a hypothetical inversion.

You're heavily relying on the assumption that a majority of people would refuse to believe that a man could be discriminated against in an all female environment. And that assumption feels very much like your assumption of both the scenario and how others would analyse it.
YEEEEEEEESSSSSS
Soldado confirms he is joining Villarreal. Hopefully Lennon will go to Everton, Ade to West Ham and we will finally have expunged all our useless players. There are even mutterings of Fazio to West Brom, which would be like a beautiful dream.

Rumours of Evans + cash for Stones. I'd be very happy if this happened, if nothing else means I never have to watch Evans play again.

I think that if there was (hypothetical) evidence of a man being sexually discriminated against by women then he'd probably win a discrimination action. I'd also speculate that upon seeing such evidence most people would say yeah that's discrimination. I'm not sure why that's controversial.
What a time to be alive it would if the great cunt José Mourinho was destroyed by feminists. They already took our beloved Andy Gray and now we are stuck with Savage and Owen . If Mou truely does believe that and said that he is fucked, like really fucked because that is straight up discrimination.

Walker is a good player, despite his minimal brain capacity. He played well at OT.
I was wondering when it'll come up and sure enough, the Gazzetta Dello Sport is linking us with Lucas Leiva today.

My propensity for walking around dick swinging in full view increases proportionally with the presence of females. The cleaning staff at gyms/health clubs in Japan are almost always women, and they come in and out of the men's locker room. One time I was stepping into the locker room out of the hot spring and the cleaning lady screamed and made for the exit. I think she confused my donger with godzilla.
