thats what i did all morning long. while the pooping is mostly gone so far, i got a terrible headache. when i took a pill for it, i drank some water and almost spit it out. followed by the feeling of having to puke. those were 10 terrible minutes.
decided to get some food then. maybe i should eat soup like yesterday but just the thought alone made me almost puke again :/
