By Elchele Go To PostI know. Or buying young players from Latin America. Still, a lot of veteran players from Europe like Kaká, Keane, Beckham, Di Vaio, etc, etc. Do/did well, but Pirlo looks like pure shit so far. How bad is Serie A to make him look so good? Most people would tell you pirlo no longer looked good last season...hence why he isn't at juve anymore.
rip roaring goal scoring irons.
shit club glory poster. probably won't be around too much unless powerslaven bilic is the real deal.

By FootballFan Go To PostArnold is back incredible Sucks that Neymar is out for the games, this is why Pedro can't leave. Without him, Munir is who we go to if Suarez/messi/neygod are injured or resting, and unfortunately he isn't good enough. Pedro is GOAT back upDoes Rafinha(?) not play on the wing too?
Think you got a potential top player there but he'll need games

Rafinha did do really well on the wing this preseason though but I'd rather have Pedro there and let Rafinha continue his gr8ness in his position.
Thiago. Rafinha. Mazinho. What is in their blood. Pele pls

When the fuck did Dos Santos go to LA
By n8 Go To PostWhen the fuck did Dos Santos go to LACouple of weeks ago. I guess he decided for early retirement.
By n8 Go To PostWhen the fuck did Dos Santos go to LAthey offered him alot of money.
and hes 26 and his entire career has been mired by muscular injuries. He likely figured it was wiser to take the money while he could. He's likely never making it to a powerhouse club anyway. His brother though, wouldn't surprise me if Jonathan ends up in a bigger club.
edit: oh, when. few weeks ago yeah

I once got stitched up at five-a-side by a dangerously fat ex-pro.
Dinked the ball over my head, waddled past me, and blasted it on the volley.
Schweini can do the same. Not worried about the midsection.

By Esch Go To Postfans of the league know that the boys with the real points per game are the guys investing mostly in youth and their own players (Kansas City, Dynamo etc) instead of these artifacts. Sometimes it works out like with Kaka or Keane and obviously it gets more people watching (see this thread now) but….Those teams are playing the FC Dallas way
Plenty to read from this thread this morning. Love it.
Fresh morning air smells like Coutinho screamers. God damn how bad did we need that win?
Michael Cox saying our midfield still needs work. Agreed really. Hendo and Milner will stop stepping on each other's toes so much if we play a DM behind them. Lallana/Coutinho had the same issue as a pair... They drift into the same areas.
I can't believe how much pressure Rodgers put on Gomez by starting him in the redemption game after the 6-1. But here is a 18 year old who only started 16 rims for Charlton and is now in the opening fixture for Liverpool as the starting left back. I wonder how proud his family must feel watching how his career just got thrust forward like that.
Don't want to see Lallana starting next week. Firmino should be ready, and I wanna see Ings come on late to partner Benteke.

He was really disappointing until that hit, where he really woke up at about 70:00 when Lallana went off. I think he and Lallana don't play well at all as a creative pair.
The major difference is that Gerrard in his prime was a match winner in any line up and position. Coutinho is a bit more defined—he's best when he's between the lines with a striker making a run off the back line. Still, his celebration said it all, for me. He wants to be the next hero. I'll love him to death until the he leaves for Chelsea or some shit 9 months later.

I don't suppose everyone will leave town when/if you visit. So I'm inclined to say there will be people in Stockholm in early September.
