Really, they should have had enough points on the board by December to have stayed up with a merely average record in the latter half of the season, but they fell off a cliff iirc. Holloway never even tried adjusting their playstyle properly to become more efficient when the goals stopped flowing.

Rhodes has to move this window, getting a bit mad. They've lost Gestede granted but this saga is endless.
Gradel is decent enough, fitting into Howe's plan (i would summise) for possession based stuff at home and away sit tight with pace on the counter. Don't follow French football, but assume he's improved from his days at the beeston bastards.
