The reason he's scoring buckets of goals at Verona is because the team's formation and tactics are constructed to feed balls into him. The team works for him and so he has plenty of chances to bang them in, and more often than not he does.

Nah I'm generally speaking on the side of most of this stuff but luckily that isn't actually university policy because it's silly to think a University would limit free speech at that level. I get micro aggressions to some extent but that level of language policing is unnecessary. Most of it is a common sense thing. I.e. you shouldn't go around to "people of size" and say "hey, you're obese" because that's asshole behaviour. But a doctor should be able to say "you're obese" when you go in for an appointment because, hey, that's what the medical term is. People who don't have cancer aren't otherwise cancered, they just don't have cancer. Context...
