Dark Theme that's hella better than Jem's or Gran's

I went ahead and made a dark navy / blue theme for SLAENT after the other two were made. This one goes with indigo accents and buttons rather than sticking to darks and reds, and uses some unique hex values rather than appropriating GAF's. There's also some other subtle changes, most notably the modified outlines for the avatars. A few things had to be "locked" (such as the New Thread buttons changing color) because of the way the CSS conflicts working from the frontend like this, but I'm ultimately happy with it.

The only thing I couldn't get working was getting the color of blank avatars to change - it uses an image through HTML and not CSS, so that's stuck being red. Just about everything else should be fixed, though.
