Yeah I was one of those too. But come on, that year was a mess. He has since said that HE failed lebron. He takes full blame for what happened with Dallas that year. He said it was a mistake to be focused only on defense all year. He said he didn't listen to Lebron when he made suggestions. So he changed all that and we haven't lost a series yet.

I don't see why he should get blamed for anything. Unless Wade fell apart, everybody knew deep down that taking the Heat to 6 - maybe 7 - was the realistic best-case scenario for them this year. The Heat still had the best two players on the floor and role players who could play their roles. He should be commended for letting them reach their destiny despite all the adversity they faced.
The Pacers have been bad for months now. They beat the Hawks and Wizards mainly from shooting luck despite neither opponent being good at all. They were bad down the stretch of the regular season and the team completely fell apart and had the worst offense in the NBA in the second half of the year. Any mediocre team could have made it to this point.
When you collapse so completely down the stretch of a season with your team seeming to have so many off-court problems and no direction at half of the sport for months, it's fair to question whether the leader of the team has any leadership qualities.
