Yeah, it's pretty hard to top a team that swept a Kobe-less Lakers, beat a team that has no inside presence whatsoever in GS, and swept a Grizzlies team that only made it to the WCF because Westbrook for the Thunder was hurt (and OFC, no more Harden).
So no, they don't look "as dominant," but they are indeed better. No more Matt Bonner who or Gary Neal who disappear in the playoffs. Matty Mills and Marco Belinelli are infinitely better. Blair's departure gives Diaw more minutes so he whipped himself into shape (in my household we call him "le boeuf"). Tiago Splitter has developed into a starer, and man, Kawhi Leonard.
But that's talk for yesterday. For now, let's watch this perfunctory basketball game.
