I like going into games on a blind run on the hardest difficulty. So I played Reach on Legendary on my first playthrough, for whatever reason I didn't employ the noob combo at all. Made the game a complete pain in the ass, I remember defending the pelican in the Covenant hanger being particularly hard.

Cool. I myself am still in South Oakland. It's actually a fairly non-college-ghetto block too. The proximity to all the great amenities the city has to offer has me and my fiancee balking at the prospect of moving elsewhere--if you can believe that.

You shouldn't even need to resize it manually, any jpg should work.

Not just, like, relative to the rest of the ordinance, but in terms of simple 1-to-1 comparisons, EG top speed, maneuverability, acceleration, firepower, accuracy, etc.
So, basically, kill the thing and bring in something better. Grizzly, maybe? Or a whole new MBT.
