USA
North carolina if that also makes a difference.
By jemWhat do you mean?
Some courses might take longer than planned if one encounters problems, but that isn't common in UK at undergraduate level at my experience. US might be different.
By belushy Go To PostIf anyone finds good Xbone deals please send them my way by the way. $350 and under is what I'm searching for. Under $300 would be dopest.Do you follow CAG and Wario64 on Twitter? They post great bundles at $350 or below all the time.
Speaking of Twitter, yall should follow me if you don't already --> @kittensdx
For those of you in the know you may want to start checking your Xbox for the thing that will be thinging again soon.
By jem Go To PostJust finished freshers week. Quite possibly the most unhealthy week of my life.
Also really fucking awesome.
What do you mean?
Typically if you are doing a technical degree it is VERY demanding and most students don't finish when they expected to. I thought I would be done by 2017, but it looks like I might not finish until the end of 2017. Hopefully you won't run into this problem, but don't feel bad if you need to take it a little slower.

Good luck with yours though, what are you doing?

Under $300 would be dopest.I got a new Gears bundle on Ebay for $300, it was originally going to be a vanilla SKU, but they ran out of stock and upgraded it to Gears for no additional charge, you don't have the tax there either. So I'd look there daily.

I was just filling out a grad plan for a scholarship, and to finish by my previously expected spring 2017 I will be pulling 18cr semesters from here on out.

Lol same here essentially. I am in a computer science degree. It's super math intensive which really sucks. I'm frustrated because I am spending more time on math than programming.

Like from this place? Never used ebay and I've heard of people being bamboozled before.

Programming is cake for me, but calculus makes my brain turn into blended hamburger.

I have to take calc 2 next semester....

They're marked as an experienced seller, the Xbox is open box, they have 99.2% positive feedback and over 43,000 feedback score... seems legit enough to me. I think eBay has systems in place for if you get bamboozled too as well.
By Fahzgoolin Go To PostThat sucks man =/Do you do side projects? That's helped me a ton. Although they are tough to manage when there's no time. :/

FOR THE FIFTH TIME
By Poodlestrike Go To PostMan, y'all weak. Calc is the easy stuff, wait 'till you hit Diff Eq.Differential equations aren't that bad. I did that shit last year.
Although to be fair I've completely forgotten it all.
That said, calculus is pretty nice.
By kittens Go To PostI couldn't even get past Algebra 2. Failed it three times in a row, lol. Math isn't my strong suit.I'll say.
By jem Go To PostDifferential equations aren't that bad.Year and a half for me. Admittedly, I did great on the tests, so I guess it wasn't that tough at the time. Helluva lot harder than Calc, tho. I think the only class I've really struggled with is Chem, but that's 'cause I've just got no head for it.

By Poodlestrike Go To PostI'll say.Fair enough, they're definitely a pretty big step up from calc.

I never had too much of an issue with chemistry, I just found it so boring. Far too much memorising of incredibly dull shit as well.

Get out
I think the main thing I have learned is to not take 2 math courses in the same semester. I get burnt out really fast. =(
I honestly just don't have time. With my current living situation, the long commute, and the amount of time I spend on homework--I just don't have the mental/emotional capacity yet. I'm pretty spent after the school week. I've been taking summer school as well and I feel like I haven't had a break. I dunno if graduating early is worth it. It feels like it's too taxing in the long run.

I did differential equations in 6th form (equivalent of the senior year in high school for you guys I think?).

Not everyone doing the course with me will have done differentials.

Thanks dude, I just might. What kind of side projects do you dabble in?
I have also heard the same--most people I have talked to say that you start learning once you graduate. Honestly, that's pretty discouraging. I'm just sick of feeling like I'm spinning my wheels and getting nowhere.
