I am really disappointed in GameTrailer's arena discussion... It was extremely misinformed and biased. All of the criticisms were basically this: Arena isn't BTB and therefore my feelings on Halo 5 are mixed.

If Mark V isn't in at launch, I can almost guarantee it will be in by January. 343 has said that the REQ system is a platform for new unlockable content and I would be surprised if they didn't take advantage of this.

Seriously, all they really need to do is go back to the simpler, blockier forms from Halo 3 or Reach. Their armor styles weren't masterpieces, but they at least looked like they fit the job they were designed for. Revert back to that plus give us back the black undersuit and it'd look 10x more amazing.

One thing I really love about 5 is that you can string together smoove moves just for the hell of it. Although you will be rewarded for doing cool stuff, the genuinely smoove Bs will be chaining together jumps, assassinations, ground pounds, boost-evades, melees and of course, shooting, for some epic gif-worthy smooveness.
I am getting crazy waiting for proper post-launch populations. This is a normal stage of "next-Halo -is-almost-out" for me.

You can cross out 'hope it shows up in a pack' because that would be the case even if it was in the game at launch.
I think I heard there would be a special kind of REQ pack you can spend your points on that only includes cosmetic stuff, which would be great for me because I just want to unlock the different armors as fast as possible.

The thing has some range. They've narrowed the spread a ton though which means less randomness and more required accuracy. Looks pretty sweet to me. The railgun is my favorite weapon so far though; looks cool, packs a punch, awesome new effects. Looks like they decreased the charge time though, shit is gonna own.
