It's just that honestly I've always thought of HaloGAF as kind of its own thing. It's kind of sad to see the name go just because its associated with NeoGAF. Plus the name itself just rolls so well lol
I'm going to make my own dark theme. Rather than stick to a single hue motif, I think it'd be interesting if light theme was white / candy red and then dark theme was, like, slate and indigo.

One of my favorite games when I was a kid. However, I played it a few years back and it doesn't hold up so well now, sucks ass lol. It aged very poorly.
Bit late to the party but I left for a week (work related), come back and HaloGAF is dead and some of you have set up shop here.

IDK. I played it again about 4 years ago and after the first two levels I really got into it again (didn't take long). I think the main problem is the framerate problems on the original, which I hope are remedied on the Xbox One. The music, atmosphere, crazy guns, over the top gore, level design, and boss battles still hold up as really fun to me.

My prediction is small snippet of the Silent Cartographer-inspired WarZone map, a little bit of the campaign level that some people got to play behind closed doors and some post beta MP stuff.

This place is filling up quickly indeed. This is awesome. I think a lot of it comes down to this being an actual community. Yeah it's about Halo and ar starts but something really cool had been built, and then GAF mods wrecked it. Can't kill a community so easily though. <3

Helps that Twitter was buzzing. After tweeting my WTF out I searched and found some links here. So I'm sure more will come with time. Kind of hope to see some of the old gang back too.

Um didn't we just have a whole book dealing with a Spartan 2 and a washed out one both dealing with finding out the truth and then most of the book everyone Wanted Halsey dead for it? I would say that not all Spartan 2's are accepting of what they've become like they say at the beginning of this thing.
