For most video games, I just play to have fun and laugh at the things that don't make sense. Halo, Mass Effect and Megaman Legends- with these franchises I just can't help myself... and sadly, ML will never see it's true completion.

I played the campaign on Normal and I don't recall bunny hopping bullet sponge enemies. Elites just do side-to-side dodges. I don't even bother trying the campaigns on anything higher than Heroic because I'm not good enough for it and it would just frustrate the hell out of me.

The story's legitimacy is corroborated by Halo: Fleet Battles. Hopefully we'll get more info on how it all fits together. The correct answer is Sidewinder, it could work so well with Sprint and clamber. For Arena maps, Countdown was always fun (one of the only decent Reach maps).

It was part of the Champions bundle along with Halo 4's ODST helmet. Inexplicably, these armors are not included. I loved Mark V and ODST in Halo 4 so this really bummed me out. They included the maps from the bundle, just not the armors... sigh.

What transpires in her trilogy is pretty important stuff as far as worldbuilding for what was happening in Halo 4, and even more so in Halo 5.

Thursday War was the weakest of the three, but was by no means a weak novel in setting up the impending civil war, which more-or-less egged on behind the scenes by ONI... and only became a stronger novel with all of the things we've learned from Hunt the Truth.
Mortal Dictata was a great conclusion. Naomi and her father. The ODSTs. BB and his musings and quick wit. It was quite enjoyable!
I really don't get why those books are flamed on. They fit perfectly into what needed to be established for where Halo is going. They are pieces in the larger puzzle. And her writing style, I believe, was specifically chosen, as these novels are being told from the perspective of ONI.
And then there's Human Weakness, which was excellent... and also written by Traviss.

I mean not all novels can be "the fall of reach" but they are still enjoy able. Same goes for Hunters in the dark which people seem to hate and i really enjoyed.

It's actually pretty good. I loved it. I'd have loved a Halo 3 expansion based on it. Getting to go back to the ark and see the damage done by Chief would have been awesome.
Hunters in the dark was a good read. I'm reading the Thursday war right now and it's pretty good so far. It's hard to beat the Forerunner trilogy though.
Hunters in the Dark is one of my favorite Halo books. Though I do have a soft spot for alien life, and the book brought back two that were cut from previous games and gave us the first actual appearance of a Blind Wolf.
The Human-Sangheili interactions were great as well, I really love all of the characters that were present in the book. Bringing back Usze and N'tho was great, and Olympia is probably one of my favorite characters in Halo at this point.

It showed that the humans and the elites can work together and be quite effective. Which kinda puts me at odds with parangosky wanting to screw them over in the Thursday war.Prolly should have started kilo 5 before hunters.
Reach? The zenith for me creating maps in Forge and custom games. Got my ass kicked in multiplayer but enjoyed Firefight.
Karen Traviss? Comes across like a know it all who knows nothing about the subject and head scratching, even enraging takes on established characters.

It should be the first voting option in Doubles so the CE playlist could be 3v3. That way, if you want to play 2v2 in CE you have a greater population pool to choose from, also allowing those who wouldn't normally venture into the CE playlist to play it too. Then we could have those fun 3v3's back for its own playlist.

It's the framerate. After so much time with MCC and 60fps games in general, going back to 30 fps Reach was so jarring to me. I got a little used to it after a bit but it felt all wrong to me.
Thank you based 343 for prioritizing 60fps for Halo 5 instead of maximum sparkly graphics. The game will be so much better because of it.
