Used to always look up workout routines and just follow them but lately I've just been showing up for the body part of the day and seeing where my body takes me. Been getting way more prominent results. I'll usually just walk in and say 'alright doing back today' start with a real heavy compound or two, mix in some supersets. If I hit 3 sets and feel plenty pumped or tired, i'll move onto something else. Or I'll start feeling tired and will just start planning to be done soon.
Never been more sore or more pumped despite doing less volume.
