I could have that body dismorphia thing, getting there but not really a fan of my body alot of days. But I certainly don't care enough I think to do anything extreme but I'm getting stronger and have put on about two and half stone. Just doesn't feel any different lol, I dunno what I expected loooool, thought I'd be less mobile or something. Its the eating that is the most exhausting thing I'm finding, some days I honestly can't be
fucked but I should be more proud for being consistent (go pretty much 5 days a week for last 18 months bar lockdown breaks)

By Patriotism Go To PostIncredible areolas.
I have third nipple too lol
beautiful m8. putting on 2.5 stone while staying that lean is a great achievement. i know what you mean about the food struggle, i've never managed to stay consistent with high calories. even recently, i've accidentally shedded some weight and strength, and it feels bad. i probably have some level of dysmorphia, never really been happy with my body, always felt way too skinny, but care about it way less these days. think i'd be happy with just 5kg more muscle but i'm sure i'd feel that same even with that.
By Blue Go To PostDeadlift 265lbs 5 times. 😃nice job man. heavy deadlift sets take it out of me like nothing else lol
ngl. Was definitely winded on the last rep.
Looking good rerixo! Really lucky my metabolism is quick for staying lean as I eat McDonald's KFC and other things alot because they have so many calories (shout out my large big mac coming in at over 1k calories).
cheers man. yeah mdonalds is a blessing lol i almost always go for two double cheeseburgers post workout for some quick protein. probably a heart attack inbound
Great look rerixo. Start doing heavy deadlifts so I mean your final set is 1RM (rep max). They make a ton of difference for your core. Also do pendlay rows after.
By Lupercal Go To PostLook at these absolutely swole dudes. They can't handle the water boarding though 🤔

Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Kidjr you look pretty impressive. What I find really matters is how good you look in professional attire or when heading out for dinner or a party. The looks and compliments you get when you are just in general great shape help to eleviate the self doubt.

Problem with Kidjr is that he has some self esteem issues due to his life experience leading to him feeling inadequate. This is also the reason why he is so successful.
@ the end of the powerbuilding program i was running.
@the beginning
roughly 10 weeks and ~22 lbs between them. heavy focus on shoulders, chest and lats.

By Patriotism Go To PostWhat about the legslegs are big but not aesthetic. all I really do for leg day is squats. im usually over leg day after that.
By Batong Go To PostAin't much yoga on those muscles lolnot lately. i need to get back into it for shoulder mobility.
Work out for yourself and all that, but I was with the girl I just started seeing last night and at some point she put her hands on the point where your shoulder and your bicep meet and she's says, ' I like these'

Don’t you deadlift 4 plates? I’d imagine your bench being better. Although, shoulder problems may limit your bench. I’d work on diamond pushups and tricep kickbacks, at least that’s what’s I’m doing. Can’t do dips because of nerve issues. I only do 70lb dumbbells doh so I’m not so high on bench numbers either.

You can increase your dumbbell bench really rapidly if you push yourself hard. My mindset was if I can do 10 reps with 80lb dbs, then I can do 5-7 with 85lbs. I was able to go from 60lbs DBs per hand to 155lbs per hand in about a year and a half, within the first 6 months I was up to 120lbs per hand. DB press is the perfect excuse to really push yourself cause you just drop the weights if you can't get them up.
Gonna start my nephews on some body weight training this Sunday, we were down near central park last Sunday and I did some pullups on some scaffolding and they tried and couldn't do 1. On some real old head "back in my day" shit I remember playing on monkey bars at 10 and being able to do pullups without a lot of trouble and I was heavy. Kids these days soft with proper safety measures in place, they don't know about walking ontop of the monkey bars and if you fell you were hitting dirt, cut up tires or concrete.

Pull-ups are a great exercise. Seems so basic yet not many people do them, good on you for putting your nephew on.

I'd bet that you could do a full 5x5 set with 75lbs dbs. I'm a big believer in shocking your muscles/cns when it comes to working out.

I've been stuck on 32kg for time. I do 3x10 with them though. Just too much cardio these days via football and cycling that I don't get enough gym time :(
Doing my first official half marathon race on Sunday, wanted to do below 90 mins but have had some sort of reaction (left a stool sample to a GP the other day) after having gastroenteritis in the summer. Has disrupted my training a bit so would be happy if I'm below 95 min tbh 💪

Running 5-10K’s multiple times a week doesn’t help in the weight room IMO.
Wow pushed body to limit last week. Gains have been nothing short of incredible. Deadlifting is the future

Very humbling going from my respectable bench and squat work to a 135 DL wearing me out.
Hit 5/5 days in the gym this week for the first time in a while and I feel like a beast.
