My doctors really wanted me to put on some more muscle (and told me losing a bit of fat wouldnt hurt either). and really, with a transplant coming up sometime hopefully, I should at least try and give myself the odds of it working out without much trouble. So been trying to eat more healthy the last month and a half (although still had unhealthy stuff a few times, churros just looked too delicious), and bought some dumbbells to do some basic exercises. Ive tried a million times to quit soda, but I still havent managed to. But I switched to one without sugar, and started drinking way less at least.
Feeling a lot better in general, which shouldnt be a surprise, and the weight is telling the same story, although I am not too far from being overweight still. I alternate between long walks one day, and some exercises with weights the other day. Still chronic fatigue due to liver failure, but I actually managed to stick with this for quite some time now, which I always failed at before. Probably because going to the gym was always a pain, vs just doing it at home.
