good to be back though. starting low weight, but should ramp up quickly. I just wanna hit 100kg bench this year

Actually it says milk is ok but I might get quicker results if I leave it out.I have a hard time buying any non-gimmicky diet telling someone not to eat fruit and milk. While they're not necessary, they're cheap, pleasant and a decent source of micronutrients. I've never seen a nutritionist/athlete tell someone not to have them at all. And you have to enjoy your diet to some degree to make it work.
I mean I love meat and veggies but I also love smoothies and tortillas. Weighing whether to make the commitment pretty soon. I've worked out for an hour every day for a year starting May 1st and I still don't really have lower torso definition. Arms are big, chest and neck looks great, just don't have what I want where the fat's stored

The ones where you cheat (I assume those are pull ups) where its feels more biceps then back, infinity. Nah I dunno, I don't bother with those but I'd imagine 20+ fairly easy.

You know what I'm having to work harder for these days, fucking six pack. Always had one or been fairly easy to get definition around stomach area but at 31 boy, it's there but getting way harder to define. Always been an after thought tho so maybe need to assign more time to stomach exercises rather than like 50 weighted sit ups at the end of each work out.
I refuse to stop eating McDonald's 4 times a week so I guess this will have to do. Pretty convinced if you just work harder the eating doesn't matter but maybe it does at this age
