Yesterday was my first day back. Upper body strength . Shoulders definitely lost some strength . Felt sore as hell today which never happens after a strength set.
Doing legs after work . Gym is temporarily closing at 9 instead of 247 like before. Plenty of room at my gym but the gym next door definitely has way too many people in the parking lot

Besides I only go at night when there are maybe 1-2 people in the gym.

Bodyweight stuff should be done to failure if you want to see any kind of results IMO
I need to cut. My stomach fat/love handles are out of control, but I feel like everything else is coming together and if I stop feeding myself then I'll turn into skinny Johnny Bravo overnight

I went and shot around this morning at a school that still has their rims up, and damn is my jumper off.
Gym owner complimented me that I've not stood still during quarantine and did some work.
I'm like, dude, I sat on my ass all day and maybe did some push ups once every few days.
Leg day sure is killing me though, couldn't even get over 100 kg leg press.

Went to see a PT about some arm/shoulder problems and I'm on ice from pretty much all lifting and sports for 2-3 weeks
It'd been bothering me for 2 weeks or so but I tried to work through it like everything else. But this Monday and Tuesday it took about an hour in the morning to be able to even lift up my arm more than about 30 degrees. And at certain angles I got a shooting pain from my shoulder down to my fingertips.
So I guess I'll be getting acquainted w/ Netflix and games for now

did a deck of cards workout yesterday just to see how my body was feeling and i feel like i'm ready to get after it again depending on what the PT says after today's session

For the rings? I just started so I'm doing mostly static holds and negatives now to build up my stabilizers. When I start doing more I'll do pull / push and alternate them between days.

i just plan out the days (back day, chest day, legs day, etc). but as far as specific exercises i usually just do whatever i feel like doing
i dont do well with the strict plans where you have to do these specific exercises on these specific days, in this order, w/ this many reps, at this RPE like a lot of plans you will see.
although I do plan to get on the Pumpchasers Hoe Ready (lol) plan whenever the gyms do open back up.
