Started doing the bodyweight side lateral raise for my shoulders and I wish I knew about them a year ago, I'd have 4-D shoulders by now. One of the more effective shoulder workouts I've done.
Like most I hate home work outs, despise them even, its just not the same. But I was loosing Kg's man, so finally overpaid for some dumbbells and am trying a little home routine, its felt nice to have a little burn.

Look at people that come out of prison, boxers or gymnasts. With bodyweight training do a circuit set and on each workout go till failure.

It's most certainly easier to increase the weight resistance on free weights but with the right body weight exercise you can definitely increase muscle mass as well.

The usually got wipes there and santizier holders all over the floor that you don't have to touch.
Showers will most likely won't be open, same for the changing rooms. Maybe you can use the lockers there, but no idea.
The studio in my town said they'll announce the specific instructions and stuff tomorrow.
Pretty sure they'll have to move alot of equipment as well to get enough space in between, or at least use some barrier tape.

Half my riding on routes usually end up taking in muddy bridleway, gravel paths, fields, towpaths, disused rail lines etc so i can't really justify a proper roadbike atm.

That's a nice bike, and 400+ miles on multi terrain is hardcore.
I have a road bike but would like to get a mountain bike too, since there's less chance of getting hit by a car.
What are you guys doing for pull exercises? To those who don't have pull up bars lol. Maybe some ghetto gallons with equal weight...

They really cut off alot of stuff. Usually they got like 12 of those low bikes and you could only use 3-4. More than 50% of the things aren't useable.

I do a freeform leg routine and that seems to work enough at keeping the leg gains.
Upperbody is starting to become a shell of what it was though.
