I wonder if there’s any chance we go back in for a second bite at the apple with Zubimendi in Jan.
Given how the season is going with only 1 transfer over the summer (who isn’t playing), there‘s still a pretty big question mark over who we sign for Slot

Edu was only made sporting director in 2022; I thought he was in charge for a lot longer. The three summers he was directing are merely fine as windows go
By Willkiller Go To PostThose weird Forest rumours from a few months back just got a little more interesting…That‘s where he’s off to, eh?
Yeah I'm not too fussed about losing him to be honest, think we can do better especially when it comes to selling players.
Edu has done a good job at the club, but still not done as much as he could have.
Hopefully we identify someone quickly

Guess your thoughts on Edu largely depends on which way you fall on the Jesus and Zinchenko signings
Could make a strong argument for both of them being either really good signings that helped propel you to being title challengers, or poor signings who just happened to have a purple patch when they joined.

I think both were good, but ultimately limited signings.
Jesus was fantastic in attack even if not a great goalscorer. Now he offers nothing because of injuries.
Zinchenko allowed Arteta to play a certain way, but as time went on it was clear he was a defensive liability. Now he offers nothing because of injuries.
Really frustrating that we look to have dropped the ball in the season that City might not be as good as they were recently.
Already lost too many points, gonna be tough to recover and compete for the title.

By inky Go To PostWho is this mount you speak of?lol I forgot he’s a United player
I just love burgers where you can't even fit your mouth round it forcing you to eat the parts separately and defeating the whole point of the burger. 39 dollars well spent

Just resigned as well not sticking it out until we get a replacement.
Bet our January window is going to be quiet.

This Corinthians x Palmeiras match is pretty good so far. Estevão looks like he is the next big thing from Brazil, already had to great passes that should have been assists if it doesn't for some poor finishing.
On reflection looking back at this team, I didn't have it in my top 16 but it absolutely should be there. We have 3 members of Pele's top 100 list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIFA_100 in the form of Seeler, Papin, and Abedi Pele (father of the Ayew brothers).
Oleg Blokhin won the Soviet Footballer of the Year award three times and the Ukrainian Footballer of the Year award nine times. He won the Ballon d'or in 1975, beating out Beckenbauer and Cruyff. His daughter coaches the Ukranian National rhythmic gymnastics but may best be known for her brief appearance in the film Click
Alejandro Sabella signed for Second Division side Sheffield United after the club rejected Maradona for being too expensive. He later signed for Leeds after Sheffield's relegation before returning to Argentina. He would later manage Argentina at the 2014 World Cup.

Brazilian football is wild, that's a really pig's head.
