Shame Ole wanted Ronaldo so bad. That’s what you get when you hire a fan I guess lol

Hag: “To concede a goal after two or three minutes like that, it did something to our belief. Totally unneccessary. To concede a goal like this, the [opposing] centre-half stepping in and passing the whole team over the right side and then the winger tapping in at the far post. Same mistake as in the midweek against Twente, it should be stopped in the first moment.”
whose fault does he ultimately think it is that we keep making the same mistakes?

lampard got a fourth spot while having a transfer embargo and lots of injuries. all while he brought in lots of youngsters. just the kind of manager he is.
imo he could do a job at united.

(genuinely think he got sacked at chelsea too early)
The Sancho transfer is still the worst bit of scouting United have ever done. Solksjaer deserves so much criticism for it.
Tracked him for years. Bought to play on the right wing then half a dozen matches later everyone admits he's probably better on the left, but Rashford is in better form.

I love this dance Neville does at the end of any United manager's tenure. It's especially funny since he went about sacking Salford managers for fun.
Like, you can only say this, or a similar message, so many times before it falls on deaf ears.
It's clear that we haven't learned from last season. It's fine to point to progress made wrt conceding fewer chances etc. But when you're embarrassed 3-0 twice by nominal Champions League rivals it's obvious we aren't really much better off. If any better really.

But honestly, I am fine with him getting the sack. Having your job on the line every single game is not sustainable - no one can withstand that kind of relentless pressure - cant be great for team confidence or morale either.
I'm sure INEOS already have someone in mind to be this club's next victim soon enough.
By Laboured Go To PostBack to FFXVI I go. Enjoy Spurs lads. That's worse than watching United.
By Killer7 Go To PostDisagree with Crafton'a framing a bit here. Apart from De Ligt and maybe Mazraoui, none of the signings made this summer were driven by Ten Hag.
Yoro and Zirkzee were United capitalising on the market. An elite young CB that Madrid were dicking around and a talented forward with a relatively low release clause. Ten Hag needed to be convinced about Ugarte as well. Can even argue that the two Bayern players were us capitalising on Bayern's need to raise transfer funds.
These players are all good enough that they'll suit most managers they play under. I don't think we'll be stuck in a situation again where we've a mishmash of players all signed to by different managers to play differing styles.

Might want to try watching Man United first before posting that.
Officiating has been shite for so long in the PL, and it continues to be.

I don't think bringing in a new full time manager is wise during the season. Even this early, it's very difficult to change what has already been set in motion.
United should probably hand things over to RVN and just worry about staying competitive. Then focus on a new regime in the summer. If that's Southgate, Potter, Tuchel, or someone like McKenna, fine, but at least they'll have a fresh base to build off of.
There's going to be a decent player turn over anyway. This has been coming and these early struggles are just highlighting that need.

Multiple Milan players today, Rijkaard being the outstanding player of the team. Jimmy Johnstone is regarded as one the best ever Celtic players.
