Looks like another season without a senior striker under contract at the club.
Insanity. Six or seven windows since we last signed one in Ross Stewart...

Was wondering what had happened with the Chido Obi-Martin thing and it seems United and Arsenal are having a punch-up over a fee.

Good for Chalobah. If he does well for Palace they'll either buy him or he'll return and maybe catch on.

Agreement with the player is done and he's essentially left Arsenal and is training on his own. But Arsenal are owed a fee for training him at their academy.
By Xpike Go To PostFeel our attacking depth is not great at all, especially with Jesus being an injury magnet. I guess just gotta survive until JanuaryWe’ll sign a RB.
By Meier Go To PostThat's awesome.
Best deadline day, ever.
The problem for Sterling was always how much he was being paid (not his fault) to do what he's best at. He is not entirely washed. He's just not a leader and won't elevate the game of those around him. He needs to be setup to succeed, which is exactly what he had at City, and should have at Arsenal that he hasn't had at Chelsea. He'll run in behind defenders off the left and give Olegaard and Rice another decent option opposite of Saka. At worst he'll be good support for Martinelli like Trossard off the bench.
Forgot to mention got my tickets to see Paul McCartney on November, very excited
Also good that Raheem is coming, good backup

Shockingly bad window for us. Like...amazingly bad.
I'm not in meltdown mode like a lot of our fans, I'm a little more objective than that. But there's no getting around it, it's been way worse than the absolute minimum expectation for this summer.
At least Tonali is back.

Can't be arsed if United has a good summer of transfers when they still show problems in the final third.

I know you had a rush before the PSR deadline but after that there was clearly money for Guehi (heard the offer was total £70m but Palace wanted £75m) but like no one else if that didn't come off? Odd one.

Hell yeah dude. Although, a year is a long time when it comes to Noel and Liam.
By Laboured Go To PostI know you had a rush before the PSR deadline but after that there was clearly money for Guehi (heard the offer was total £70m but Palace wanted £75m) but like no one else if that didn't come off? Odd one.Oh yeah, we have money. It's been a weird summer though, Mitchell didn't start as DOF until adter the window had already opened, and then there was the Euros which always slows things down.
We bid for Olise who was obviously our top RW target but he went to Bayern which you can't complain about. Then Guehi was obviously the big CB target. No one expected us to go that big for a CB, we're not absolutely desperate for one...it was just seen as the window where we'd try and get a long term Schar replacement but it sounds like once we realised Guehi could be available we changed course and decided to go for it. By all accounts it likely would have still happened this week...if that Palace CB didn't do his MCL the other night.
Whatever our backup targets were for RW/CB, we've obviously decided it's better to hold the line rather than panic buy. I mean, I get it, but when we know there's significant funds available it's hard to swallow. I think the Ashworth thing really fucked us tbh, getting a new DOF in so late is far from ideal, i think him and Howe are still trying to figure our best course which...you don't want to do in the middle of a window.
By Meier Go To PostHappy for you bro

By SleeplessNights Go To PostKnew a girl with a head similar like that once. Weirdest head I’ve ever gotten.😂😂😂 Welcome back kipless m8
I didn’t find out until it was too late because she was wearing a hijab, I knew I was fucked when I started feeling the back of her head shape as I was guiding her around my shaft.
