This is pretty wild.

Interested to know how many of those betting firms are shells for the same betting company. I know this is something Philippe Auclair has been reporting on for a while but it's hard to track.
I wonder which of the three will have sexual assault allegations against them first. I think it’s a case of when, not if.
By bone Go To PostYour boy Sebastián Coates is starting for Nacional @LFMartins86How I miss that man. We have a very good defence but his leadership is definitely missing.
Fabrizio Romano said on a live stream that we are the only team actively negotiating with Barcelona for Vitor Roque.
Flamengo should've won 5-0. They missed so many chances. Losing just 0-2 in Río de Janeiro is a doable result for Bolívar to turn around in La Paz. They have been terrifying at home, 3 wins, 8 GF 4 GA, and beat Flamengo in the group stage 2-1.
fuck me.
There is a story that Marcus Rashford once took umbrage at Steve McClaren's attempts to cajole him during a five-a-side game in training. McClaren told him he was the man to score the winner but was urged by the player not to put such pressure on him.
McClaren, who had worked with strikers such as Dwight Yorke and Andy Cole in his first spell at the club, as well as Alen Boksic and Mark Viduka elsewhere, is known to have been shocked by the reaction, having intended that his jocular remarks would inspire.

This registered as something from Balatro at first. Thought maybe a new mode. Sad.

And we still played him. Brilliant.
New signing Leny Yoro was known to have a potential metatarsal issue in his foot upon arrival, but United took a long-term view on the 18-year-old defender.
Don't have a problem with our handling of Yoro. He still needed minutes on the pitch for fitness and to adapt to United's tactics. Just unfortunate that he picked up an injury.
Later on the article Whitwell mentions that we're still after Ugarte and Jorge Mendes is now pushing PSG on it.

You probably should have a problem with it m8
By Willkiller Go To Post"Leny Yoro was known to have a potential metatarsal issue in his foot upon arrival"Why? We took a risk in signing him sure. But he passed his medical and was given the go ahead to play. United took precautions to minimize the chance of injury too. He took part in only half of his training sessions as a way of easing him in.

It's unfortunate that he picked up an injury, but it's not like we recklessly pushed him to breaking point either.

Expect it to be rejected again. Palace have dug in quite publicly on their valuation and while this new offer sounds close...it doesn't meet it.
Seems like a pretty minimal statement. We do have a good squad - we finished third and won the league cup with our U21s.
Do wish we had signed Zubimendi, and I think we still need a CB for depth, but I’m very much against spending money on players who aren’t going to upgrade us, just for the sake of spending.
The situation with the lack of a 6 is different between Slot and Klopp. Klopp’s number 6 was going to be a lone defender, where Slot wanted Zubimendi for his press resistance rather than his ability to break up play. So if we sign a number 6, it probably won’t be a Fabinho type.

We are also probably having to replace Trent, Virgil and Salah next year as well as the various other gaps in the squad.
How we've gone through the summer with no signings or no renewals freaks my nut.
Just renew TAA and VVD, replace Salah with Antony and job done. Hughes is a hack. Give it Laboured 'til the end of the season.
Sure thing Adam.
I'm not a nothing ever happens person, but I doubt they get a points deduction high enough to even drop them out of European places.
They may get a ban from European competition, maybe a massive fine, but the PL won't kill their product like this

Guehi needs to go so Palace can then forward those funds over to Chelsea for Chalobah and Chukwuemeka. They're going to wave the 20% sell-on they have attached to Guehi to make it happen.
By JesalR Go To PostSure thing Adam.City are killing the product tho - currently on course for a 5th league in a row. Those a farmers league stats.

Not giving a heavy sanction or punitive measures ensures that the prem loses face.
