That’s a 6’9” wing that can shoot, defend and get his own shot. Doesn’t mind taking spot-up 3s and kills at it. Only real knock is he’s a bad rebounder. Gotta pay for guys like that.
Blazers are going to stand pat if they don’t get the offer they want for him -team actually pretty well constructed as is (but sans a star)
excellent one on one defender.
great rebounder.
and ummm....there's more but i swear there's more to his game.

I like the guy. Good bench role player. Injured a lot. Send a couple seconds and that guy and I’ll give you a slightly worse for wear Timelord.
OKC needed vets and bigs
They got it with Carushow and Hartebstein
Now if they don’t get SHOOK or choke they should be fine

By n8 dogg Go To PostThey are definitely going to have a crazy defense, but this is a little misleading unless they plan to play Hartenstein and Chet at the same time (which would blunt both of their defensive impacts considerably).
$300mil for White and Jrue. And Tatum is due for an extension. How are they gonna keep this rolling? That second apron is TOUGH.
Spurs realizing they need to bring in people to teach Wemby to become an asshole is the best thing they could do for his development.
By reilo Go To PostI think not punting on the draft might have helped more, but yeah I suppose this is a good second best.

Also, Boston's lucky White loves championships because I'm very confident he could have gotten more elsewhere.

By reilo Go To PostIshbia bought the Suns for $4b last year. What do we think? $5b? $6b?
The Suns were valued at $1.8 billion in 2021. Celtics are getting $7 billion, Saudis are coming
Blood money Celtics :(
Oof
John Henry and his cheap ass Red Sox group gonna buy the team and trade everyone to stay under the luxury tax

By Kabro Go To PostDamn that 2nd apron tax penalty that expensive? It’s more that it cuts you out of avenues to improve and hold onto your roster, even if the owner had infinite money to spend.
Seeing all the Ja x Edey mixes on the timeline is getting me hyped even though I should know better.
So how many picks come back from the Lauri trade that's gonna happen? He's damn good but only 1 year left on his contract
Gotta be intriguing young player + 3 picks right?

Knicks messed up the market for trades like that. Ainge will ask for 4 unprotected and 2 swaps.

Future draft capital distribution is kind of silly right now with how much of it is in the hands of just a few teams.

i mean 3/50 isn't awful i guess. Sad to see josh green go, he should do well with Ball over there though.
By diehard Go To PostSo how many picks come back from the Lauri trade that's gonna happen? He's damn good but only 1 year left on his contractIt’s going to be a combination of Huerter, Barnes, maybe Keegan or some other young player on the Kings and either some Pels or Kings picks. It’s a 3 team trade with the Kings getting Ingram and the Pels getting Lauri. There might be other players involved, too. Pels might send Hawkins out, too.

By Sharp Go To PostThey only have one straight up unprotected first from another team, right? San Antonio has like three (one is top 1 protected), plus three swaps with essentially no protections (Boston's is top-1 protected). They just acquired some Phoenix picks in exchange to sending Brooklyn theirs back
That Mavs trade is pretty dumb, but hey, at least they didn't gut their roster to give the guy a max.

2025 right to swap their own first-round pick or the Thunder’s first-round pick for Phoenix’s first-round pickLooks like just 1 Suns FRP but a couple of swaps. Either way, they can do it. They have their own '28, '29 and '30 picks available too.
2027 first-round pick (via Suns)
Rights to the two most favorable of Mavs’, Suns’ and Rockets’ first-round picks in 2029
