Don't like tattoos at all
Imagine pretending to be proud at 80 at a decision you made when you were 20
Fuck no
When did the regret start seeping in
Act like that moment in particular did not happen
But you know exactly when it did
But here you are
Anyway, team Tatum

The Portland Trail Blazers have agreed to a new broadcast distribution deal ahead of the 2024-25 NBA season with local over-the-air network KATU, part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group and ABC family of networks, to launch the "Rip City Television Network."Another RSN goes bye-bye and more OTA broadcasts arrive.
Alongside the over-the-air broadcast, the Trail Blazers will also launch a direct-to-consumer streaming platform: "BlazerVision." Yes, BlazerVision is coming full circle from a pay-per-view service in the 90s and what was once decades ahead of its time—now front and center as a viewing option for Trail Blazers fans.
This deal will put the majority of Trail Blazers games on over-the-air broadcast for the first time in franchise history.
The Blazers have heard your cord-cutting cries and now offer direct-to-consumer (DTC) streaming access to all non-exclusive games for $120.00 a year or $19.99 a month. Full and half-season ticket holders will receive the first season free of charge.Cheaper for me to use LP for $80/yr but cool.
Customers will be able to access BlazerVision via the NBA app and NBA.com
The joke here obviously is that we offered this a decade ago as trailblazers.tv to anyone that wasn't able to get Comcast in the Pacific NW but I guess people forget about all the hard fucking work that was lol.
With the change in distribution from ROOT Sports to KATU, the only changes you'll "see" are those in the literal broadcast quality going up, as you will no longer see games in 720P.lol finally no more 720P
Same right wing fuckers who bought the current RSNs and saddled them with exorbitant debt in a spinoff.
Fun little article that has some details about Herb's recruitment and college experienced that I hadn't seen before:

Time to figure out if I can get Blazers games over the air I guess. Good news regardless, even if it just ends the 720p 💩 stream Fubo had.

Not sure how building around a 40 year old and someone who falls down and gets injured when there's a gust of wind is sustainable but that's probably why I don't run the Lakers.
By reilo Go To PostDejounte Murray was available for those picks. I'm just saying.
lmaooo

Yeah, him in LA is a big upgrade over friggin' DLo. I don't get it. LA should have jumped on that for sure.
Does make me wonder how much work it'd take to pry Risacher from the Hawks, speaking of which.
Wait, what 2 picks?
Don't they owe their '25 and '27 picks? Can't trade away '26 unless its a swap. Their '29 pick?

Mostly a whitewashing article, but this part stood out to me as something real: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5791757/2024/09/26/zion-williamson-pelicans-offseason-workouts-trust/
In the days following the [Lakers IST] loss, Griffin and other members of the Pelicans front office met with Williamson and implored him to be better. They agreed he needed to work harder, but it was deeper than that. They told Williamson that becoming the face of the franchise would require him to be more present as a teammate and leader. He needed to consistently show his greatness on the court and with his work away from the court.
For the rest of the season, Williamson focused on “stacking days” with extra workouts after practice. He made more of an effort to connect with fellow Pelicans star Brandon Ingram. Williamson was more vocal with teammates and took a more hands-on approach with the coaching staff to find solutions to issues that held the team back from contending. He developed a routine that worked for him and the team.
[…]
Following the injury and that pivotal meeting with Griffin, Williamson continues to stack days. He has been present in all team affairs, just as Griffin and others in the front office have pushed him to be for years. He sat front row at Murray’s introductory news conference after the Pelicans acquired the guard from Atlanta.
Williamson also made a point of showing up for the team’s voluntary workouts in California in late August, despite knowing he had to leave early to participate in a previously scheduled Jordan Brand event in China. It was his first time participating in one of the team’s offseason voluntary workouts.
Without Woj and Zowe idk what is left that offers actual interesting non clickbait NBA content on espn
Lowe was their only serious NBA guy, the Ringer is probably going to hire him which is why they probably let O'connor go.
Windhorst is pretty good in his limited responsibilities. They have one or two draft guys that are good, as well. Everyone else is trash.
I hope Lowe can go back to writing fun things that interest him instead of being constantly asked to cover primarily the big market teams. I used to love his articles when he wasn't as prominent and forced to go onto podcasts and broadcasts.
